Hotel Kupava

Breakfast was good , the restorant was so so beautiful !!!..The Christmas decorations were so stunning .The rooms were clean and beautiful,but small...It is not at the center of the city.We used uber taxi and it takes 20 minutes to reach the center. We requested airport service before the vacation ,they said okey but no body came to take us from airport..the prices were cheaper than European hotels

Highly recommended! We came from London and had the most amazing time at Kupava, boutique hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. Staff were very attentive and booked for us 3 excellent excursions (history tour of the city, Street Art tour and visit to the Lviv Opera house to watch the opera Madame Butterfly). Lviv is very cultural. The food at restaurant at Kupava hotel was exceptionally good. Ukrainian borsch - not to be missed! Local delicacies such as smoked partridge and cherry strudel were mouthwatering. Breakfast was excellent with delicious surniki (cakes made of cheese). Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff are really nice and the hotel is reasonably clean and well equipped. The restaurant is great too. Fantastic chef and other staff. To get 5 stars, they would need to: stop asking for the breakfast order the night before, make sure there are safes in the rooms, fix some of the plug sockets, some minor improvements with housekeeping of the rooms. That being said, overall it was a great stay and good value.

Hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was tasty & price is ok. Only thing I didn't like is lack of parking.

Curruption as blatant as can be. Booking confirmed for 2 adults and a child and we arrive to find one bed in a small room, and they want 50% more to privide an extra bed and more money for breakfast even though it s totally clear on the booking. Money grabbing con merchants

Reception service is 4, Food at restaurant 5, clean room 5. Overall service 3, since it was cold in a room, and too cold in bathroom, by the end of February. You need to wait 10-15 minutes to get a hot water in shower. And during my 4 nights stay, router on a wall was too bright green at one night. And orange blinking 3 other nights. There was no table in a room. Breakfast are average, that is suprising considering the quality of the food in a restaurant itself. Twice it was loud music with ends at 23:00.
