I recently used a booking platform to reserve accommodation for my trip, and I found the website easy to navigate. The search filters were helpful in finding the right hostel within my budget. However, I encountered some technical issues during the booking process, which was frustrating. The customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the problem, but it took longer than expected. The hostel I stayed at was decent, but the cleanliness could have been better. Overall, the experience was average โ not exceptional, but not terrible either. I appreciate the variety of hostels available on the platform, but there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and technical reliability.
