When he comes out make sure you are ready to help. He had my co-worker and I (both of us under 5 ft tall) standing on top of desks and banging on our office ceiling so he could locate a cord in the attic. We helped him the entire visit then got billed for his "labor". If I wanted to do the work I wouldn't have called him!

Holtz notified me of the difference and charged me the correct, lower amount. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
