Holiday Inn Boardman

Pool was closed, half the reason why I came here (for the kid). Relatively decent price. Very clean. Friendly receptionist.

Nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. They were full the weekend we stayed, so it was noisy.(Lots of kids.) I would stay again.

We had the romance package deal, gifted from my mother in law and this room was very nice! We had a basket of goodies waiting for us and a bottle of champagne. Also included were vouchers for a free breakfast in their restaurant which was yummy!! Overall nice hotel and friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and so stayed there again. I recognize the pandemic issues, but the hotel needs to think about its approach. The front desk was a little understaffed. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned or clean towels if your stay is under 5 days. The Keurig in my room didn't work. The door to the handicap-accessible room was too heavy for her to open. Most importantly, some of the room doors closed very slowly. That's a safety issue that needs addressing

I'm writing a book and this is my go to place to write and get some quiet time it's very clean, Peaceful with great food and great Hospitality.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. The only thing that i was disappointed about was having no shampoos or shower necessities. I think they should have that sort of stuff in the bathrooms ready. I dont want to have to get back in the elevator, wait in line to get shower supplies. I think they are trying to save pennies over making a customers stay better.

Stayed a few days here for a home going service for a friend. And picked this hotel for convenience. Most Holiday inns are just ok to me. But this particular hotel was perfect, extremely clean, quite and in the perfect location for food and last minute shopping. Didn t get a chance to eat at this location. But whenever I m back. This will be my preferred hotel to stay.
