Hogan Chevy saved my day! My regular mechanic couldn't figure out was wrong with my car. Few hundred dollars later, I decided to take in to Hogan Chevy. Diagnosed and fixed my car in a very timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised at the total of my bill also! Less than I expected to pay!
Debbie was my service associate. She was so warm and friendly. I'll stick with Hogan Chevrolet now for repairs and maintenance.

I made the best choice when I purchased my Chevrolet Equinox at this place. The process was so seamless and convenient because of the employees. From customer service to sales and car delivery, everything was so easy and informative. Special thanks to Paul and Alison!!

i was doing some last minute shopping for a used car on the night of the 27th and went into the dealership the next day to check out the 2015 Chevrolet Trax that i now own. i was connected to my sales advisor Paul Yoo via Josh who is an absolute sport and made my first time as a car buyer a breeze. the process was fast and efficient, for i went in via appointment to check out the car i was interested in and next thing you know we re signing papers. Don Mackenzie who was dealing with our finances is one of the most welcoming people that i have ever met; explained things and made the process for car financing a-not-so intimidating experience like it usually is with a character like Don. i then met Alison Bettridge who is the Delivery Specialist. Again, another great personality who is a part of the Hogan team! From when i signed the papers on the 28th to picking up my car on the 31st, Alison helped and reassured me in all the questions and concerns that i had with NO hesitation and with quick/informative responses. Paul, Don and Alison are amazing people and i am more than proud to say that i got my first car from Hogan because of them. to the hogan team that i was able to work with, thank you for ending my 2020 and starting my 2021 with my first vehicle and the lovely impression that you left me with!

I have been coming to your service department now for 10 years. My recent visit for an engine shampoo was the best visit yet. My service advisor's name was Paul. He was in the second or third position on the right (north) side of the drive in area. He was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my very unique, 502,000km 2005 Uplander. He went above and beyond was I was expecting of him, gave me lots of useful information on how to continue to care for my vehicle in its high mileage state. I enjoyed his humour, his whit and his charm. I will most definitely be back for further service work because of his generosity and attention to detail. He not only helped save me money but was thorough, efficient and explained the entire ins and outs of my service work that was being done that day. He is a real star in my estimation and knows what he is doing and talking about. Many thanks for employing such a useful and helpful guy in the front line position of your service department.

Very friendly guys. Good at their work. Except that they missed one little fix for me because of which I had to go back, the hassle of car rental again, otherwise I would have given them 5-star. Tim Mundy is great. Understanding and helpful. Recommended.

This was the first time that we have dealt with this dealership. Right from the start we were treated with respect and given the state of things right now, they did great. When we showed up for our appointment, the sales person (Victor) who we were supposed to see was still busy with other clients and immediately allowed us to deal with his colleague (Paul) instead of asking for us to wait. As we approached the vehicle to test drive it, they proceeded to use a fogger to sanitize all of the parts that we would touch. The vehicle was super clean and we felt safe. After we agreed to purchase we went to see Don in Finance and he immediately made us feel good about our purchase. He let us know what extras were available but had no pressure to purchase if we didn't want to. After we left we were emailed by one of their delivery specialists and her name was Alison. Just like the rest she went over and above to accommodate us. To the point of even showing up on her day off to allow us to pick up our vehicle as we live quite a distance from the dealership. They have an amzing team at Hogan and I would recommend anyone to go there for you vehicle purchase needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Hogan. We are very pleased with everything.
