The experience with this company was average. While their website is user-friendly and provides a clear overview of their services, the actual process of hiring through Hire Horizons was not exceptional. The response time in getting back to queries and providing updates on the hiring process was average at best. The quality of candidates provided fell short of expectations and did not match the level of skill and experience we were seeking. Additionally, the overall communication from the company was lacking, with limited proactive updates or suggestions for improvement. On the positive side, the company did manage to find a candidate who met our requirements eventually, but the overall hiring experience left much to be desired. In conclusion, I would consider exploring other options before choosing to work with Hire Horizons again.
