For sure it was a nice hotel, very helpful staff that all spoke English. Good location. Comfy and clean rooms. But When we needed an iron we were told to collect it from reception and that doesn't scream 5 star. Pool was really really tiny too and the photos made the rooms look a. Little bigger. We were also promised a city view but only saw other people's balconies from the same hotel.

Overall a pleasant experiment and I would stay there again.

Air conditioning and good location are a big plus. Room was basic, no luxuries.

Very functional apartment, you will find everything you need! It's clean and quiet! The hotel is also very well located.

One of the best places for a cozy and comfortable stay in the middle of Nice. The room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, perfect beds and a great bathroom. There is a mini fridge available as well, along with cutlery and so on. It also has a balcony overlooking the Nice streets. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop.
Since it's more or less at the center of Nice, everything is a walk away. Carrefour is bang opposite the hotel, while the rest of the stores and restaurants are also a close distance away.

Very slow wifi, have to sign in every single time. Also room smelled like smoke

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast a little poor but certainly due to the numerous groups who came for the carnival.

Private parking 18 per day: I let you calculate the cost of parking for 4 days which is much too expensive for young students. Having refused to pay for the parking of the aparthotel, we had to turn around every day until 15 minutes to find a free parking space. Waste of time and money ... It's a shame because a good concept.

Room very small and smelly. The water of the swimming pool is not clear. And the pool is very small, jacuzzi size. Had to pay 25 because their car park was full. Wonder how it's 4 stars. Honestly. Oh, and the WiFi is slower than Gary Cahill

Less fan of rooms that I find impersonal. The bed is an uncomfortable pull-out sofa.

Good location, Beside all amenities. Good sized room with air conditioning. Carpet had a few stains and interior sliding doors did not close. Very modern.
Only real complaint was size of balcony. Couldn't even sit out on it.

Staff unfriendly (Not unpleasant but not smiling either), room quite small (for the price).
We quickly realize the difference that can exist between the promise of photos booking and reality. ..
Dirty kitchen, dishes not made and smell of fruit tea in the kettle.
In addition, the room is very poorly insulated, impossible to sleep as the noise of the upper floor was important!
In short, for 91 per night, I would not do the experience ....

Good hotel, clean and well kept. Late arrival but the employee remained friendly. Nice bed for the night. Air conditioning a little too strong for our tastes but for the night it was great.

Nice accommodations but had issues with double booked rooms and no A.C. but it was all eventually resolved.

Had apartment for 3rd was unfortunately not very clean and only once a week a cleaning. Since we were only 4 days, it was more problematic daily to accommodate the garbage in the small garbage pails. The breakfast ( 15.- per person) is overpriced, for what is offered. Can you get cheaper everywhere.

Pleasant, modern aparthotel, very well located. Professional and pleasant welcome. Sanitary measures put in place, we feel safe. Possibility of parking under the establishment with direct access. The apartments are bright and well optimized. Adapted equipment and perfect sound insulation for accommodation in the city center. Close to shops, public transport, port and beach within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Badly clean room, dryer and non-functional TV, and the residence is on a busy and very confusing boulevard.

Nice and comfortable stay just like an apartment, with added benefit to 24*7 reception for any help if required. Recommended.

Nice looking hotel and rooms, but horrible service. The receptionists are very unfriendly and act as if you are bothering them, the "free" Wi-Fi only works if there are less then a certain amount of people connected (which is to say, never), and the elevators are very badly placed. The only positive would be the view from the window, but I think quality and not scamming people on the Wi-Fi part is more important. Best avoid, in my opinion.

Location very good.Professional and helpful staff. Bed very,very comfortable. Cleanlinnes just 3***,need to put more effort into that.Worst bit was breakfast.One of the mornings run out even of the bowls and cutlery,not even mention about food.

The room does not have a bathrobe, slippers, shampoo is also missing. Small bottle of water in the refrigerator, first floor (rooms), overlook the roadway, the window opens only to the side. The neighbors are very audible.

Nice place, 20 min walk by city centre and oldtown. Afgordable price. Breakfast is not good at all for vegetarians , but just across the street there is a big grossery store

Really enjoyed staying here. It's in a good location near Nice Riquier train station if you like to travel to other places along the coast, such as Cannes, Monaco, Beaulieu, Villefranche etc. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was actually like a bedsit, having kitchen facilities such as a sink, fridge, microwave, electric hotplate and even a dishwasher. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was modern and clean, the TV was a decent size, and there's free WiFi. There is a rooftop swimming pool which opens from May to September (I think), and on the ground floor there's a gym and a sauna. There is also a lounge area in the foyer and a small office area for guests to use. We saw a door marked as a breakfast room but we thought that it was maybe only used in the holiday season. The only downsides were that there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel itself. For us it was also a plus that there was a Carrefour supermarket very nearby:-) V.handy for self-catering occasions:-) I'd definitely recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

The apartment we rented at this hotel with a friend was quite functional.
However, although we found the bedding to be comfortable enough, the pillows were too thin, the sheets did not fit the bed and made us sweat a lot during the night. If the room had, to our delight, a balcony, it is not equipped and we had to move a table on it to be able to enjoy it.
The carpet in the apartment could also be replaced as it does not give the impression of clean.
The sound insulation is very very light, given the location, better double glazing on the French windows would probably be more suitable.

The swimming pool was closed due to the current sanitary situation, we were not able to test it.

Regarding the hotel staff: our opinion is mixed. When we arrive at the hotel we ask if it is possible to have access to the parking lot, we are told that it is currently full but that people are leaving the next day and that we therefore reserve a place from the next day. We are also told that parking will be free to compensate for the fact that the pool is closed. We were delighted with this news but we quickly came back down the next day when we were told that there was no reservation for us and that, moreover, we would have to pay 18 / day for parking. So we ask the receptionist present what to do and we were confronted with a person without any compassion, who did not apologize for the problem and who did not even try to offer us a solution. So we called the hotel. To speak to a manager and came across an extremely pleasant lady who apologized for the problem, found us free parking within a 5 min walk of the hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights and no one came to change our towels or anything, so bring your own towels.

Mixed opinion, if the hotel is not too bad I am still not sure that I will recommend it or that I will return there because we did not find it worthy of four stars.

Apartment is quite big. Living room with small kitchen and small balcony. Bedroom with big bed and a bath. The toilet is at the entrance separate from bath. Apt. was clean and inviting. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Apartment was high standard and had all the necessities. Only negative about the stay was the gym

Room smelled bad like cigarette smoke, carpets and shade filthy dirty, aircon wasn't cooling the room, parked on -1st floor. Only had elevator to -3 floor. Had to walk ages to get back, Retarded hotel, do not recommend. Staff freindly, but everything else 0 stars.

Nice location. Very nice receptionists. The apartment was a bit worn and lacked blazing light bulbs. Broken fixture on the shower, and very filthy carpet in the bedroom

Pretty good place to stay, nice and clean. Right next to shopping center. Only negetive no wash basin in toilet.

4 stars more than justified, deserves a big refresh, incompetent receptionist.

Hello everyone, I really recommend this hotel which has a high standard of Crazy ... I spent two nights recommended by CHU de nice Pasteur, I really thought I was in a Palace, it is very beautiful, magnificent, you have everything at hand, crazy clean it's simple it's new even if the building at its age, the TV, the kettle of the dishes if you want to cook, no need to bring your cutlery you have everything ... what surprised me most is the WHAOUUU lunch you can not imagine everything that gives you something sick, all for a small price, private parking which I was able to leave my motorcycle in surveillance during everything my stays, (5 days) really Thank you to this personal too, who are really very very kind no complaints, if I have to come back it is certainly at their place, thank you to the Personal of HITPARK good team VERY-GOOD. No proper service.Thare were plastic glasses for drinking water on first day but it was removed from room next day.Hot water kettle was kept but no morning tea arrengement.When we went for breakfast there was only non vegetation items available.Shortage of every thing.Even simple bread was called after everybody started shouting .We shall not recomand this hotel any more.

Have a good stay . Very friendly staff! The hotel is close to everything (city center, shopping center, restaurants) and has a beautiful swimming pool as well as a spa. We should just remember to remove the carpet because it is all stained and put more utensils for the kitchen because it is limited.

Receptionist adrian very nice but the other collaborators are borderline unpleasant and not smiling c the height for a 4 star hotel but the rest does not exist invisible service we are far from the French speaking 4 star standard there is just the invoice which is starred, would not come back
Do not change your towels cleaning not included despite 6 nights spend the wet room full of negative point no access to swimming pool equipment gym etc no parking nothing goes for the pseudo standard of this hotel, go your way you will surely find better elsewhere given the current low level of service
And at a more reasonable price I think.
