Had a great time, I go to the bead convention, every 6 months they have the cshow there. And staff is always friendly and helpful, and they kept cool water around so one could quench there thirst in this heat ;)

Got a room on the 17th floor, great view, no road noise whatsoever. As mentioned earlier, room was well designed and clean. I have this weird thing about being picky about the AC/heat system, and this place had a pretty intuitive and responsive digital thermostat.

Great rooms. New renovation (in work) is great so far. Only complaints: Starbucks in lobby is not a full menu one (but that's not a big deal) and the self park is not super convenient. (Valet might be worth the up charge)

Construction in lobby is loud and can ruin your morning sleep.
Get a room higher then 3rd floor, it was still loud in my 3rd floor room. Only saving grace was the casual restaurant, good drinks, food and service.

I attended a conference here. The rooms were comfortable, not too hot or too cold like many conferences I've attended. There was a Starbucks inside which was very convenient. Food options were plentiful. Valet was fairly priced as well.

Good hotel close to the Pasadena Convention Centre. Rooms are simple, very clean, slightly small. They have adjoining rooms if you need them. No mini fridge or microwave in rooms. No recycling.
