Our reservations were completely messed up. We booked 8 rooms for a wedding and prepaid for them. Many of the rooms did not have correct bed set ups. We spent thousands of dollars at Hilton and attempted to fix the problem every day. Everyday there was a new issue and the MOD was never apologetic for the continued errors. We will not be staying at a Hilton again until Hilton repairs these mistakes.
