I found the staff to be absolutely outstanding. But the Room had no refrigerator although it had a cabinet for one. The air was set to 50 but didn't cool down. The network speed is so slow all you get is the spinning circle of delay. So I can't give this place a 4 star rating.
The front desk manager Mr. Michael Christian was friendly and helped with an upgrade to our wonderful room. Excellent customer service and the room was exceptionally clean. Loved our stay.
