I went to Origin wellness spa....wow what a luxurious experience....Rayhaan Mokakam is the best facialist,organic products, transformation is immediate. First class.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well priced and the location of the hotel very convenient.

Lovely establishment hidden in the heart of salt river

Upon checking in, was told i need to pay for parking each night. My stay also didnt include breakfast which was an additional charge of R250 per head. I understand that perhaps me booking through hilton honors somehow made it that i didnt have breakfast included, due to the discount i received, but regardless of this having to pay for parking every night is just robbery in my opinion.

Then... as for the room, it was nice enough however the bathroom has broken tiles and we had no hot water the first night we were there (the friday night).

On the Friday evening i paid for my parking up front and asked to make change for a few R200 notes i had. I was then later asked for R20 which i "took" only to be told the next day that they found it...

All in all our stay was rather disappointing - hotel is nice and central but other than that i would stay clear....

The room was spacious and clean. Shuttle service was on time and the workers are friendly. Spoilt for choice as there was variety of food. The chef was excellent.

Food was great .staff friendly service excellent clearly staff pride themselves on excellence. And the cookies priceless

My first time to this hotel and was blown away by the exquisite design and decor. Staff are all amazing people

I love this place. It feels like a hidden gem in Woodstock. There is so much culture.

Large rooms, excellent service and good conference facilities. Cool little mall attached, so you don't have to worry about walking through the dodgy suburb surrounds (which is, admittedly, getting better). All in all, a good option close to the city for corporates.

The stench from the public foyer toilet is umbearable.

How safe are your personal belongings at #double tree by Hilton, Has anyone experienced missing items,as large as a camera? My camera was taken out of the camera bag, all necessary accessories taken too. I was left with an empty bag. Clever ! Double TbHilton case to be re_opened.

Nice hidden away Hotel in the heart of Salt River. Fairly new, has quite a few nice little Shops and Restaurants in the Foyer entrance, very clean and upmarket.

Convenient. Good conference facilities and great loft suites.

I was amazed at the warm welcome with a warm tasty cookie upon checking in. ...and the speed at which the staff swiftly reacted and resolved the issues that were faced by my colleague who needed a room with access for a wheel chair.....and later still resolved something I brought to there attention....I am supper impressed and will go back to Zambia with fond memories of this Hotel...

Great service and very convenient location especially as it's close enough to town and outer areas as well. Be sure to check out the loft suites, very spacious!

I attended a three day workshop at the hotel and it is ideal for conferencing and meetings with great on site tech support.

The staff and atmosphere make this hotel awesome. Rooms are modern, functional, and well equipped. Would definitely recommend a trip to the bar

I attended a 2 day seminar here and it was a really good experience. We did not spend a night here but if the cleanliness of the toilets is any thing to go on the rooms would e equally good.

Our Event was great but the restaurant service was very bed.

Haven't stayed in any hotels before this one, but I loved the rooms. Everybody was super helpful and the rooms were well stocked and clean. Loved it.

Great hotel and great food. Two gyms available as well as a pool. Nice quiet areas to chill out. Breakfast area can be very busy and loud but go early and enjoy. Always easy to get one of the uber drivers. Also nice cafe bootleggers nearby as alternative to have breakfast outside or if it is not included in your rate. Service was always nice and rooms are clean.

This place is life. U get everything u might possibly need nearby. The rooms are great, the pool,the gym and the super friendly staff.

Drop and pick up area could be improved. But those cookies are super nice

Aside from minor problems with the elevators and emergency cell phone charging boxes that aren't fully functional the place is okay

Claudia was amazing at breakfast. Room size is very small..cocktails where good .

Location is very good. Reception staff very good. Housekeeping not great as they did not replace amenities.

Amazing and friendly staff under the circumstances from checkin to checkout. Very tranquil location which has much to offer however the beautiful upgrade to the Loft Suite was unforgettable and left our time spent in Cape Town a memorable one.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. I was so impressed. Hotel is affordable and good value for money. Rooms were clean and neat. My room had a Mountain View which was awesome. Breakfast was just okay. Other than that, very happy with my stay.

Staff are wonderful welcome biscuit is amazing. Easy to find. And the most comfy bed EVER
