Staff is friendly and professional. The facility is great so far for the care of my mother.

Everybody there is really nice to be around with.nice place to be.

Rehabilitation stay not good experience for my father, not enough staff, my father had to wait over hour when he called for assistance for anything, very lonely! No one even came to check on him unless he pushed his call button! And then it took forever for them to come check on him! Feclity was clean and wonderful the care not so much!

Beautiful facility with a small village atmosphere. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job when it comes to educating and offering additional resources. I'd recommend Doverwood Village for Rehabilitation, Long Term Care and Assisted Living care needs. Thanks to all the heroes who work so hard here!

My wife's grandma has been at Doverwood for quite a while now and we have been super impressed with everything overall! Definitely a great place if you are looking for somewhere for your loved one to enjoy the next phase of their life! It More

My Grandfather had a great experience at Doverwood. He spent two weeks in the rehabilitation unit after a three day hospital stay. The staff was always smiling and kind. My grandfather had specific dietary preferences and Doverwood was able to accomadate all of them. Social Services was thorough and very helpful with the discharge process. My family and grandfather felt comfortable when he discharged back to his condo after his stay. Overall we were very satisified with his stay.

I lied this facility chesterwood so I'm back in the hospital and going to doverwood. Wish me well healing

I worked at Hillandale nursing home some years back, 2003-2005 i believe. I was a stna i worked 1st shift we was worked hard but I have to say if I ever have a love one that needs care there's no other place that I would place them if I couldn't take care of them myself. The Dixon's & there staff are committed to the well being of your loved one's. And they did look after there staff as well. Whether your a nurse or a nursing aid it is hard work, but also rewarding work, just to get them to smile and to hear there fascinating stories was remarkable, because they are all just like us , worked, had families, traveled around the world, served our military. But anyways, I love the new facility i have only saw pictures. But never the less I'm very impressed. And if you have a loved one they will be in great hands. The staff here is accommodating and the facility is as clean and sweet-smelling as it was when it opened years ago.

My best friend of 38 years was a new resident at your Nursing Home and had the same kind of care that she had received when she was at Parkside Nursing Home. She had passed away from a much lack of care that she should have received while in the care of your Nursing Home. So, I have no faith in your Nursing Home what so ever. Old Patients Best Friend.

My mother is a new patient there..and was brought there for rehab for a torn meniscus while in the hospital they discovered she was in A Fib. She Can't walk without assistance. When they brought her to her room they left her suitcases by the door. She couldn't get to them..i told her to hit the button to come in and help her when the aide came in she wasn't pleasant.She has to be helped to the bathroom .why would you make a 81 year old wait to use the bathroom.. I understand that they have other patients . Evidently they think she can walk on her own..Not the case ! She has a nebulizer she's to use 4x a day to help her lungs and to keep from getting pneumonia..I will change the ratings if I see a change.tomorrow I will call the administrator about the issues.Nobody wants to be in rehab and the stay should be as comfortable as possible so they can get better and go back home. I worked in nursing homes you have good nurses and you have hateful lazy ones. I hope I didn't make a mistake.with this being said I am my mother's P.O.A

I would NEVER take anyone to this facility. Just took my family member out of this facility. He fell several times while in their care. They lost his belongings which was taken up there for them. I would of never dreamt that this place would be so awful. Stay clear of this facility period.

Patient to Staff Ratio in Assisted Living is absolutely ridiculous at Doverwood specifically memory care. There is so much going on back there for one person, honestly how do you expect someone to stay sane? That place will stress you out so bad Mentally and Physically. As all healthcare can be very stressful. I have seen nothing like this. I see the workers doing their absolute best but they definitely need more people in assisted living. It s ridiculous. Do better.

Staff is wonderfull and facility is clean and well kept. But there menu needs much to be desired. Extreme lack of choices with no substitions on the menu. Wife had full knee replacement and was to have physical and occupational theropy every day but they did not provide on Sunday.

It's a great place! Especially with my wife working there!
