Thanks to this school I m strongly considering homeschooling. Kids get bullied, they get shoved, kicked, robbed and every time I go to the school to come up with solutions, they say my son has to figure out how to resolve conflicts by himself, they imply that he had it coming, promise to call me back for a follow up and just never happens. It s a shame because his teacher is a sweetheart, she seems to strongly care for the kids but the way they handle conflict with the kids and the way they discipline them is a god damn shame.

If you are an advocate for your child's safety and education beware of this school!!!!! I would never place any child in this school! I made a huge mistake thinking that it would be better than the traditional public schools because it was a charter school! Wow, was I wrong! From the start the staff seemed confused, very unorganized. The school itself is very run down, dirty, not secure, not safe, and not maintained. They have one janitor and he is only able to clean the rooms 1-2 times a wk, maybe. Very unsanitary and dirty like I said. The open house, PFO meeting, parent meeting were a joke! I mean absolutely no organization. There is no restroom policy for the smaller children and there was one incident where a kindergarten student was verbally assaulted in the restroom by an older boy and scared and nothing was done. If your child is a slower learner you can forget about them getting extra help and vise versa is your child is exceptionally smart you can forget about them advancing! They stay on one format and everyone is at the same level so either they are left behind or they are frustrated from not being challenged enough! Buyer BEWARE! Children 1st! No core values!

Overall, I really like the school. The teachers are nice and most of the time always willing to help you. The only reason why I picked 4 out of 5 stars is because there are quite a few disrespectful kids, that cannot stop talking. If you try to get them to stop talking, they all of a sudden acted like they never said 1 word and start talking bad about you. I mean what did you expect, there always is going to be that one rude kid in your class and school. What I like about this school is they handle bullying very well. Not so much on drama, but they will end up stopping. At some point the drama would stop for a week or so, then start up again. 75-80% of the students are nice to others and new students, sadly many of the students talk back to the teachers and interrupt the class.

If you are going to choose going to school here, I would recommend it! It really isn't as bad as some people describe it!

Bro imma Keep it the reason I have a bad education is. Because of this school I went here 4th-6th grade in the 5th grade we didn t do math at all and I struggled to learn my multiplication tables until the 7th grade I m in 8th by the way and the main reason is because they fired the only teacher that ever thought me something mr.strawn although he was mean sometimes he was the only teacher that I learned from horrible school over all I would put 0 stars if I could

I subbed here. Some of the students are disrespectful towards guest teachers. A student was doing something dangerous in the classroom so I asked him to stop, but he didn t. So I physically made him stop. He went and told the Principal that I put hands on him, and she asked me to leave. I wrote a letter to HR saying that I no longer want to work there, and they wrote back that I m no longer welcome. There was a sub job posted today that nobody took. Nobody wants to work with snowflakes and a bunch of disrespectful kids.

I go to this school it ain't that bad it just the students that cause trouble. Like every time a sub comes some students at like they can do what ever they want because are teacher isn't there but you still got to listen and students like I am need to watch what there saying because there just blurting stuff out before they think. And people said like 2 months ago that this is a bad school but it wasn't still finished so that's why y'all said it's a "bad school". This school is alright now.

from the first day the Staff was very unorganized running around all o0ver the place, they didn't have the class list up for the new students and old students, and come to find out that they're Principal had stepped down prior to the School yr starting. Staff in the Office is unprofessional and the are all liars whom cover for each other.
