4 years ago, we bought PowerSMPP iTextWeb application along with other services like missed call, voice call and long-code from HexWireless company. i'm happy with overall services and portals. Good team with good service!

All my services were delivered on time with reasonable investment and i still get responses on time. Thanks to HexWireless who make my work so easy.

My experience working here is amazing, thus is an amazing place to work. They are actually hiring .net developers.

Hexwireless is a FRAUD Company. They are known with many name in which I know the few including:

- Hex Wireless Pvt. Ltd
- SMS Lane
- IVR Online
- One Ring

They do not stand their commitments at all. They would not provide the service they commit even if they commit in Email. They promise to provide full support, but they did not respond, when needed they give reason that most of the team is fired and new hiring is going on. Then they ask for more amount to provide those services which they had already committed and once the payment is done, they do not receive calls or start making irrelevant excuses.

When refund is asked, they state that there is no money back policy even if they cannot fulfill their commitments.

I had experienced the WORST Services from them. I wish I could rate them NEGATIVE.

They have tremendous knowledge and understanding on messaging platform. Nice infrastructure and well trained team with domain expertise. The reason I am giving one start is they could not fit my requirement of overseas VoIP calling solution.

I'm writing this review on behalf of artrac Id, we are using this app for a long time and it is very useful and easy to use, we are enjoying this app. The response from customer care is also appreciable....

Fake company ... They took money and run away ... never received any calls

Being in the service industry, they are the worst service provider. They make commitments and do not stand it. They state that they are always there to help you out, but they do not even bother to pick calls or revert back. Even the issues are not handled and always left unresolved. To resolve issues, they ask for additional payments to be made. Every time, they give random excuses and do not deliver services in time.

Its a software company. Pretty amazing. Nice work place and awesome environment or so I have heard.

We have been using their service for many years now and we are happy with their service.

I missid some interviews to other places and
appointment with doctor and waited for thair

and one more thing they can't reply candidate
based on early participation.
they kept me in false believe for 3 - 4 days and
called a guy(s) who applied after me.
i find company infrastructure very good and highly motivated that time to work there.
i am not blaming other departments but disappointed with HR.
