Hero’s Bridge is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to serving older veterans. We serve, stand by, and honor our veterans, age 65 and older, anywhere they live and at no expense to our heroes or their families.
Hero's Bridge: Honoring Our Heroes
Hero's Bridge is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization that is dedicated to serving older veterans. The organization was founded with the aim of providing support and assistance to veterans who are aged 65 and above, regardless of where they live. Hero's Bridge recognizes the sacrifices made by these brave men and women in service to their country, and seeks to honor them by providing them with the care, respect, and dignity they deserve.
At Hero's Bridge, we believe that our veterans are heroes who have given so much for our country. We understand that as they age, many of them face unique challenges such as isolation, loneliness, health issues, financial difficulties among others. That is why we have made it our mission to serve these heroes in any way possible.
Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of each veteran we serve. We offer a range of programs including social engagement activities such as outings and events; transportation services for medical appointments or grocery shopping; home visits from volunteers who provide companionship or help with household chores; assistance with accessing benefits such as healthcare or housing; financial assistance for those in need; among others.
One thing that sets us apart from other organizations is that all our services are provided at no cost to the veteran or their family members. This means that every dollar donated goes directly towards supporting our heroes.
We also recognize the importance of community involvement in supporting our veterans. That is why we work closely with local businesses, schools, churches and other organizations to create opportunities for people to get involved in honoring our heroes.
At Hero's Bridge we believe that every veteran deserves respect and dignity regardless of their circumstances. We strive every day to make sure this happens by providing quality care tailored specifically for each individual veteran we serve.
