4 weeks ago I sent a request to customer service as to why the "sugar-free" apple must contain sweetener and have not yet received an answer. I would have liked to use this for my little daughter and have always trusted the good quality of Hero so far. But Hero failed with both customer service and product. A real shame.

I am from UAE ,Dubai- we have a very critical story with your respective company , this issue related to a infant baby, but your guys is careless about that , we are in contacting with your legal counsel in Spain do not want to share the names and the exact story over here .
There is careless and tardy response from their end as this story began on Jan-2018
If the situation keep like this we can go through the ministry of health here in dubai.

It is clear that I did not catch the best product from Hero, but still, I think it's worth a try. Now, like baby creams or apple and peach jams, nothing eh? Very good!
