Worthless, this company, in terms of service. In themselves they are far too expensive, but quality is worth money. But service is priceless, and Hemelaers Glas is losing a lot there. Instead of praising this company for quality and service, I have to "bashen" this company because of its supercilious behavior towards its customers. Shameless. And if you still want to cooperate with this company: be careful with quotes, there will always be an additional charge (!) Afterwards. Unreliable in that respect. Unfortunately.

Friendly at the counter. Special size windows ordered. They will be ready in two weeks. Now wait. To be continued.......

Very bad experience in terms of service from this company. We have given various orders in construction, but now that a sealant has come off from the glass window the balcony, they give us zero service. They do want to come, but we then receive an invoice for the small job as the company describes it. It is a 10 minute drive from our house so how much goodwill do you get if you DO provide service. The glass has been in it just over 2 years. It is clear that they will never receive an assignment from us again.

Replacing my double-glazed windows was correct and neat. The windows were measured and within a reasonable time 3 employees were at the door. Despite bad weather everything was well finished. The next time I will definitely use this company again ...

There is an additional charge for every detail (also during the execution of the works), so make good agreements and a complete quotation.
