Pros I was pleasantly surprised when I started working with Jim Hebert. Many economists I've worked with aren't that warm and heartfelt. Jim is.

Jim has a strong sense of what works in the marketplace. He is very thorough. He is also a big picture thinker. I've gotten this image from him during conversations about fed activity, as well as family issues he's given me helpful advice on.

Cons Big picture thinkers, like Jim, need people around him that take care of minor details and scheduling. If you, as an employee can provide this for him, then you'll be a great team.
