Could never get in. Called multiple times, always got an answering machine, and never a call back, and submitted the online paperwork, and never received a call back. It's been six months that I've tried.
Very unprofessional we made appointment 1 month earlier and they call us 1 hour before we get there and canceled our appointment, ask us to reschedule again after a month.very disappointing will not recommend and go there ever thats how they treat military families
Disappointed that Heartspring refused to work with payment arrangement amount. They could care less if a family with one income is struggling, all they want is money!
Not impressed with this facility at all. The day of my son's OT evaluation appointment they call me 30 minutes before his appt to tell me they needed a dr. Order in order to do the eval. The appt had been in place for 2 weeks and the expected me to reschedule so they can get it. If I did it would be another month before he got in. Then at his first appt. I was told parents are required to go back to the rooms to sit in on the therapy sessions. I have seen many parents sitting in the lobby while their child is in their session. To top it off the therapist said she could care less about what my child was or was not able to do. In the report after the initial eval appt they noted he received services in Ft Worth. We didn't live anywhere near the Ft Worth area to get services from there. Goes to show how much they care for the kids. I will look for another facility that their employees care.
Such a wonderful special place for my son, & us. Everyone here has been nothing but 100% supportive for our child & family. They have been monumental in his progress, & journey living with Autism. 10/10!!!!
The staff is wonderful. They are so kind, patient, understanding, and well trained to work with autistic and other special needs children.
Was six years old in this photo for the Autism Care Walk.
I just went online to donate money to Heartstring as I do every year. I got to the part where you put in the credit card and it said they would send me a code. The code didn't work. It was very frustrating, so I decided to donate to another organization. The site is not user friendly.
