Heartland is true to it's namesake! Amazing service while still being competitively priced. Local shop with big time customer care. I've personally bought four PCs from them and a 32" monitor. Monitor had a bad solder and they reimbursed and made it right, the exact same day! Service like that isn't heard of anymore.

My daughter went here and was treated great than my husband called and ordered a CPU unit with extra RAM. We paid over $900.00. My husband also asked to get a price on 2 monitors for it. He never got a price. I went to pick up the CPU and the man behind the counter put it up on the counter for me, it is very heavy. I asked if they found a couple monitors for it and the lady asked that guy, he came around to the front of the store and was looking at some boxes. The lady asked him if he was helping me and he said no I was going to go through these first . I said forget it, could you carry the computer to my car he did, not saying anything else. I guess they didn t want the rest of our business. I would not go there again.

These people are awesome! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my computer and when we determined that it just wasn't up to what I needed it to do they got me a good deal on a replacement. They also were able to transfer all my data and programs over so when I opened my new computer for the first time, all my programs worked and looked like they had on the old computer. Everything was where I needed it to be.
