The level of service that I received at Hearing Aid Company exceeded my expectations. The staff was quick, kind and courteous. Chrissy listened to my issues and addressed them to my satisfaction. I ended up with a rechargeable model that was budget friendly and she spent time with me to make sure that I could hear perfectly before leaving the store. I bought my hearing aids from the Hearing Aid Company of Texas more than 3 years ago. The behind-the-ear aids have 3 programs for various environments and are very comfortable to wear, so I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. While their cost seemed high, it was slightly lower than the in-the-canal aids they replaced (ceramic tile floors were deadly for them!). And these aids are more durable. I bring them in periodically for a good cleaning, simple repairs (usually replacing the "buds") at no charge. They have daily times when I can just drop in for the service. When the aids didn't seem to be working as well as before, they re-tested my hearing and adjusted the program at no additional charge.
Cheaper aids may be available on the internet, but they won't have the cheerful personal service I've received from Jon and the others at the Hearing Aid Company.
