This company is awful to work for they don't Payton the amount they state, they are very disorganized, the people higher up most have not a lot if any experience in that field, and the people in the main office are extremely rude. If you have any other choice other than this company take. Stay clear of HCS renewable energy!
Bas company to work for short you on hours and lie about pay and per diem pay
would not work for this company this company is horrible they owe me like 3000 from messing up my taxes changing my taxes an they over paying my child support four times as much for 3 months I complained about it and they never reimburse me for anything and it was also to other employees working for the same company on the site that I was managing and they had the same exact problems so I don't think this was a mistake that they were making this is how they make extra money by screwing up your stuff and then never paying it back if I were you I would help closes company down do not work this for this company they also don't pay for them correctly they'll say one thing when they send you a contract and then when they pay your checks they missed on for them and they say oh I'm sorry and then they don't fix it
Terrible employer. I was let go after ten says because I made points to our superintendent on how to ramp up production and why having 60 people on a job site with only 4 drills tends to slow down progress. Apparently I threatened someone s intelligence or was a threat to their job so I was let go. My very first check was short a pay of per diem as well as nearly 12 hours worth of day. I was told it would be handled but never was. DO NOT WORK FOR HCS IF YOU ARE A TRAVELING SOLAR INSTALLER, you will be taken advantage of!
BAD COMPANY EVER!!!! Dont say I didn't warn you they will cheat you out your hours every time they get!
This company is horrible and I do mean horrible! Had me travel 792+ Miles and then cancelled the job on me before it even started and left me stranded in a whole other state with no way home and none of the reps made even one attempt to even compensate me just even enough pay to get back home, left me without a place to stay and no food just left me for dead basically! Please don't work for this company. I promise you will regret it from my experience!

They treat employees in a really disrespectful. I work for them got fired because I had a family emergency. They did not pay me my money. I been waiting for 5 months. Nobody has reached to me to work this out.
