The organization was founded in 1931 by Clarence W. Jones, who was a missionary in Ecuador. He started a radio station called HCJB (Heralding Christ Jesus' Blessings) with the aim of reaching people who were living in remote areas where traditional methods of evangelism were not possible.
Today, Hcjb Global has expanded its reach beyond radio broadcasting to include other forms of media such as television, internet streaming, and social media platforms. The organization produces programs in various languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian among others.
Apart from media outreach programs Hcjb Global also provides medical services to communities around the world. The medical services are provided through mobile clinics which are set up in remote areas where access to healthcare is limited or non-existent.
