I have been working with Hawke for the last 2 months and i am thus far extremely pleased with the level of communication their team as provided me. I am using them for our internal affiliate and email management part of their services. There follow-up and responses to my emails are fantastic, i am yet to have any complaints regarding their team. I have been through 10+ media agencies and have yet to find a company with the level of communication this company offers. I will follow up with results as time progresses.

It has been amazing having the opportunity to work with Hawke and their team. After bouncing around a couple agencies, I was blown away with Hawke Media. Ralph, their director of growth is helpful, diligent, and always available. The performance of the marketing team continues to amaze. They are incredibly talented and always up to date on the newest trends. If you are looking to outsource your marketing you will not find a better team for the money. PLUS, their a la carte business model means you aren t paying for anything you don t need. Highly recommend!!

The Team at Hawke have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entirety of the project. So responsive and engaging with the output and creativity being phenomenal. The best agency experience I've had in my career and what's more, the whole relationship has been built remotely - between LA and London.

I signed a contract with this company to provide Marketing Services include; Preparing an effective Marketing Strategy, Reaching the Audience, Providing Effective Content & Media.and distributing our marketplace Viartify.com

After signing the contract and Charging My Credit Card , They sent me 4 Blog Articles. After Deeply reading the articles I discovered the articles doesn't satisfy my business needs. Actually I did not requested the materials they sent to me, I asked them to distribute my marketplace with reaching audiences. They wrote junk articles for a brand that recently launched.

they charged me $3k for nothing. the articles they sent to me are non-usable in my website they made me in trouble and put me in financial difficulty,

THIS COMPANY IS TAKIN PEOPLE MONEY AND AFTER YOU ATTEMP TO CALL OR CONTACT THEM FOR RESOLUTION. THEY MAKING ABUSIVE WORDS AND THREATEN YOU AS HARASSMENTS ACTIVITY. THEY MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST YOU BY SENDING CEASE AND DESIST LETTER TO FORCE YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHTS.

IN THE FIRST DAY OF THEY CONTRACT THEY TOLD ME THIS IS THE BEST DECISION YOU TAKEN TO WORK WITH US. BUT I DID NOT REALIZE THE REAL FACE OF THE COMPANY AFTER ENCOUNTERING A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. IT PAST ABOUT 1 YEAR OF THE DATE I STARTED WORKING WITH COMPANY AND NOBODY RESPONDING ME FOR THE TASKS THEY SUPPOSE TO DO FOR ME

Extremely disappointed in Hawke Media! Prior to hiring them, I had successfully ran ads but had little time to manage them. Thought I'd hire a "professional" team to offload the work... Oh, how I was wrong...

They ran the ads for two months, me pointing out multiple of their rookie (account manager assigned) mistakes throughout the process.

I understand that results are not guaranteed and am completely fine with that but the overwhelming horrendous work they've done is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely no activity from the few ads they've launched and tweaked for over two months. Seemed like a bunch of amateurs work there. They did not deliver on the agreement that they put in place. Have not met deadlines they set. Furthermore, the multiple phases of work to be completed they put in place have not been completed in a timely manner and some not completed at all.

I paused the payment and asked them to complete the agreed upon work before I pay them again. Their amateur response was "we will not do any work until payment is made" REALLY? I paid you for work, please complete it!

I have then tried to connect with them by phone, email and postal mail, have made 15+ attempts. There has been absolutely no response to my emails. No call backs for the voice messages I left. When I was able to connect with their tech support department & explained the situation, the promised call backs never took place.

At this point I gave up... Not worth my time... I would highly discourage anyone looking into hiring Hawke Media.

I have a complete timeline of events with proof of the communication and the ridiculous responses and (lack of response) via emails, calls, postal mail as well as account performance stats before and after hiring them for anyone doubting this review.

I worked with Hawke and was fortunate enough to deal with the founder Erik. He's a very professional individual that wants to grow your business.

This agency is the worst out there. Not only do they not follow direction, they waste your money. Can t follow directions on target or ad copy. Have to follow up for them constantly to make sure they actually do what you re paying them to do.

Hawke has been a fantastic business partner for Alterna's digital department.; I could not have asked for a better more supportive and responsive team. I am always impressed with what they are able to do in often times tight budgets and the exposure they have created for our brand in such a short amount of time. Thank you to their knowledge and ability we have grown our brand significantly across digital and web. I truly enjoy working with them and having them as an agency partner. They are not only talented but a much appreciated partner for this mighty little brand. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of great service and talent.

Have to agree unfortunately with some of their recent reviews. I really wanted it to work out as I assume the same with all of these companies that pay them. When you first sign up they mention some of their bad reviews they've received and mentioned the customer had unrealistic expectations. Well I can speak on behalf of my company, we had a couple bucks to try it out and very little expectations, still pretty much a joke. They do less than the minimum. Spent a lot of money. ZERO return. I think their concept is more about making a quick buck vs. really helping companies grow.
