Had a great experience today. Came in to get a new BC. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable. He did a great job making sure the HTBC fit me well and took the time to re do the whole thing when decided it was a little too big. Great selection and great prices.

I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone is really nice and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgable and willing to give advice on their products. They have a huge stock of diving and snorkel gear available in a wide variety of colors & sizes, and a lot of their products are cheaper than most local dive shops. I definitely recommend shopping here!

Ordered a band I desperately needed for a spearfishing trip back on Sept 16th. It was apparently out of stock. I called right away after ordering, and was told it would be shipped out later that week. That was a month and a half ago. I never received the band, a call, email, anything.........I called today and they refunded my money. Their customer service is terrible, and I wouldn't order from them again.

Misleading online store.
So the main issue with this site is that you are not ordering from divers supply inventory rather buying directly from manuafacter, in my case TUSA. Luckily for me TUSA is high quality and my product is coming tomorrow. The case might be different for you as it could be coming from china via container ship which could take months to arrive for it to arrive at your house. This can cause major issues with refunds or returns for the product. I recommend to just use amazon as they are more reliable and returns are super easy.

Great prices and great staff. They also have a great swim program for everyone.

Ordered some dive shorts online and they were out of one of the sizes I ordered. They called to let me know what was up and gave me a sweet deal on a different pair. I spoke with Dylan who was extremely nice and very willing to make sure I was satisfied before we hung up. Definitely will be recommending these guys and will be purchasing from them in the future.

Divers Supply online store is without question one of the best dive outlets in the US. They offer great deals. Customer service is beyond incredible. And they have never failed to deliver the goods.

I just bought spear gun as a Christmas gift. Dylan was so unbelievably helpful I had to give him Cudos. He made a recommendation , I purchased the spear gun, he made it so my gift would arrive for Christmas and even hand wrote a card. Thank you so much Dylan and will use Divers Supply again !!!

Great place to shop to get gear or lessons. Normally do not write reviews but when a place really stands out you have to give them props. Def recommend this place.

Frank is awesome, he has helped my wife and I get signed up for classes, answered all my questions, and when I tell him I have a budget of a certain price for a item he works with me to help me stay within budget. Great shop great guy. Excited for a lasting business relationship with this store.
-edit I seen a lot of bad reviews from ordering online. I just ordered two new dive computers from the online store and got them two days later. Very fast shipping. And that was the free shipping option.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I went to this store for the first time yesterday and will never go back again! Every Spare Air canister they have there is at least 2 months out of date, overdue for visual inspection. Luckily we checked it before spending $250 on an expired product and worse yet, endangering our lives! When brought to the owner's attention he made absolutely no effort to remedy the situation at all. He became combative and I'm certain that those tanks went right back on the shelf. Who knows how many other products he has on the shelf that are out of date and dangerous?? Stay away from this store if you want quality products and to be safe!

Went by for some non-diving related things. They had a good assortment of knives, spear fishing equipment, and cameras. Sales staff was courteous, knowledgable, and very patient with all my "newbie" questions. Would recommend/have recommended to others.

This place is so no welcoming ! There is this old guy sitting in one of the computers most of the time he is extremely rude .. poor customer services in all aspects. The new lady was so lost helping me looking for booties. I specifically asked for a brand and instead of someone come to help her out they just have eyes on their computers. The place is a freacking mess I mean there is no retail organization at all. Brands are everywhere all mixed up .. just stayed away from this place

Don t order online from this store I had 7 orders and received only 4 items. After emailing them several times still no reply! And Online chatting didn t resolve the problem . I was told the items is on order . I have been waiting for 1 month and I didn t receive the items yet . I request a refund and didn t get a reply from them.

First time customer. Went in looking for free diving goggles. Was helped immediately and was shown different leveled goggles. Service was great and definitely will visit for any other needs in the future.

Ordered a $435, Blue Steel Faber FX Series HP 149 Steel Scuba Tank and three days later was informed that it was not in stock. Called to cancel my order and the women on the phone tried to convince me that there was a pallet of tanks outside and the one I ordered might be in there -- so she really had no actual idea. Um, no thanks, process that refund. I ordered what your website said was "in stock" -- dial in your operations, I'm not playing those games.

Very impressed went in for goggles that were close to prescription didn't think about the astigmatism part before had them make me one to buy tryed it out b4 bought didnt work with my eyes and the guy helping was totally cool helping me figure out what was wrong and wouldn't let me buy something that would t work for me even tho lost 80$ extra in sale he still was supper nice and help out a lot and saved me money also bought a realy nice snorkel set from them and took time making sure it fit perfect and worked with what I was doin! Great place will go back when in GA again

Decently stocked but a lot of manufacturers still seem to be struggling with supply. Much bigger store than the Marietta location and they had what I needed with friendly staff.

On June 24, I ordered two full face masks with their communications units and one surface communication unit, and I paid for the fastest shipping method they offer. On June 25, I received e-mail said, We would like to inform you that there has been a delay in your order. An item(s) is temporarily out of stock but should be back in stock within 7 days. On June 30, shipping label had created. On July 22. package has arrived with missing communications units for both masks. I communicate with them and I was informed that package has shipped completely and would contact full face mask company or file shipping carrier investigation. The Next day, they did not update me, so I contacted them and was told the missing items were located and would ship that day.

As a newbie to diving, I was a bit worried about going into such an upscale store and asking novice questions. My fears were quickly put to rest as their employees took time and patience with me to ensure my knowledge and satisfaction. I really felt like they cared about me as their customer and went the "extra mile" to do so. My first diving trip went great too.

I'd recommend Divers Supply to anyone who is looking for quality equipment, great prices, and excellent customer service! A+++

Do not order from here if you need your items quickly. The past 3 orders we have paid for overnight or 2 day shipping but it takes them 3 days to get it packed. They will create a label the next day. Box it the following day, and then on the third day it will be picked up. Then the rush shipping you paid for will start.

The people there are always very friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable.

My wife and I stopped in this store after seeing a billboard on the highway on 10/13/2015. We looked at several items and decided to purchase a dive computer that was marked down on sale. The owner took the computer in back and came back after 10 minutes. He pulled off the price tag and said that it was marked too low and he would cut us a deal by RAISING the price by $50 dollars....a price he said would allow him to turn a profit. I told him that he was performing a bait and switch and that I wanted to speak to the owner...he said he owned the store and that he wouldn't budge on the price. By this time other customers were listening to the conversation and he tried hiding the original price tag in his pocket. DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!! Anyone willing to cheat you would probably sell you faulty/dangerous equipment as well.

Not only did the staff help me decide on what gear does and doesn't fit my need, but they gave me an amazing bundle price. Seriously if you are headed toward Florida, definitely worth your time!

I stopped on my way south on saturday morning 7/18/15 because there were cars in the parking lot. There are no posted hours that I could see so I walked in. I was yelled at that the store was closed, thanks a lot for your "courtsey" in welcoming a stranger to your store, your town, and your state.
