The experience was frustrating. The appointment scheduling was disorganized, leading to a significant wait time despite arriving on time. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which affected the quality of service. Additionally, the cleanliness of the environment left much to be desired, raising concerns about hygiene standards. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it.
