Their website portraits this centre as a place dedicated to help people with free advise and guidance. We were advised by Citizens Advise to come here for help.

Yet the experience we got was terrible. We spend 3 days trying to reach their phone number and left several messages with no avail. Also sent several emails and nothing. So we took some time off work to go over their office and even though we know they have solicitors specialized in the area we needed we were quickly dismissed and just given a phone number that didn't even work. The receptionist was clearly more concerned about her upcoming lunch time than us.

Avoid this place if you really need help. Waste of time. If you have the money, search for solicitors that will help you for a low fee.

I'm sorry if my comment is crude but I think this centre is not worth of the Citizen's Advice endorsement nor its "for the people" entitlement.

Rather pathetic, how long they take to reply on a simple issue (which involved deferring anyway!).

They are really helpful I had my indefinite last year I was waiting for 2 and half year but when i go through the Hammersmith & Fulham law I got my indefinite within 3 months thank you so much for all team and specially Thanks to Rajwinder sahota I am really appreciated god bless you
