Hamburg is clean and close by. It is definitely different now during Covid due to not every machine on and the restaurants are not open, not even Tim Hortons which is sad. No bar yet either. It has a different feel now but overall it is still a nice safe place to go. Staff is friendly and there have been a few payouts that I am happy to say I have won. Lately the machines have been a little tighter and I hope they loosen up soon. Stop in to get your fix and enjoy. If you hate to lose money then do not gamble. Good luck!
The security guard, Robert, is rude. He was taking my temp the other day and gets WAY too close. He shouldn t be stepping into my personal space whatsoever. He seems confused how to use the thermometer and the license scanner. To be perfectly honest, if I see him at the front door doing either activity, I m turning around and walking out.
We had great date night tonight. We played for fun and lost what we expected. We had a fish fry in the bar and watched the games on the huge screen. Most of the staff in the bar was great. You know there's always one to ignore you and pass you by several times. But the one girl that makes up for it and apologizes and makes the night better. The slots were fun and played some numbers game at the bar and won a little. A band was setting up when we were finishing dinner. The place was clean, and when I went into the ladies room it was very clean. I was surprised and happy. Everyone mostly, was friendly and helpful. Even the security guard at the door was very nice and greeted us when we entered and said goodbye when we left. All things said we had a great date night and will be back.
