The team at Hall's did a fantastic job rebuilding a set of wheels for me! They have also done a great job in the past helping me find parts for my vintage Husqvarna. In addition, they have a huge selection of parts, accessories, and apparel for all things Husqvarna and powersports related. The communication regarding the process and options was great. This dealership offers fantastic service for all things related to service, parts, and sales. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have purchased several items and had one item that needed to be returned. I can honestly say that Halls Motorcycles may have the best spare parts and customer service in the world. BTW I live in Australia, over 9300 miles away from this store and refer all my husky owner mates them.

I was absolutely satisfied with my first experience with halls, I placed a order for some parts for my new to me 2009 SMR510. I ordered on Sunday night and Tuesday morning my parts were shipped! I received them Thursday and was happy to know that I can count on Them for all my husky needs. The dealers by me in NJ are hard to deal with. Thanks again!

This is a place that I've been in n out of since the mid 80's, they've rebuilt 2 of my Huskys n they run great, they know the importance of not missing a race n they will help you not miss a race, love this place, everyone is friendly

Raymond and jarrod come threw again .I dont ride trails very well fall down alot .at 56 .it hurts more than used to thinkin I'd get a top with some protection in shoulders and elbows I of course thought online /when hall's was closed mon I'd check them out on goggle ./found a few I'd consider .but .kinda pricey went to halls talked to two guys that know what works and what doesn't. From trial and error they measured me .ordered 1 for considerably less then I was gonna pay .it was a no hassle no b.s. attitude from them meaning they always steer me rt .give them at for anything .u just never know might make u wish u tried um years ago

Ordered a clutch perch assembly,it came without adjuster ordered a clutch cable it was wrong cable! Tried to contact Jeff kaylor,he was on vacation sent him repeated emails never heard from him talked to another guy he told me yea that's wrong cable it was labeled wrong ,but we have a much more expensive one that will fit ???? This is not good business practice and I feel like I was baited into buying a more expensive product ,which I refused and sent back cable still haven't heard from them

They have a 2018 vitpilen 401 for sale at $6799. The suggested msrp is $5600. Dont really need to say anything else about this place.

Best place to buy a motorcycle. I am from Florida, and Jeff was able to work me a great deal and get my motorcycle shipped to me. For someone who doesn't really do business over the phone, Jeff was incredibly communicative and helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.

WOW. I thought halls harley Davidson had a poor inventory of bikes this place had less bikes and the workers did not even say hello . the weird thing is their used harleys were nicer then halls HD.

Was in a bind living in CT and having no dealers with the part I needed for the upcoming weekend. In comes Bob, he answered the phone and took care of me from start to finish and even though parts had already been picked up for the day, Bob took the time to run over to UPS and get it sent out so I would have it for the weekend. Amazing business with outstanding customer service!

The entire crew at Hall s are first class. I needed parts for a 1971 Husqvarna and Raymond came through for me while Jay in service bored the cylinder while I waited. I live 2 hours away in the St. Louis area so have a lot of choices when it comes to motorcycle dealers, but few compare to the service and enthusiasm for motorcycles you ll find at Hall s.

Jay Hall has been supporting the Motorcycle Community for decades. Great service and pricing selling new Huskys, Gas Gas, StaCyc, plus all sorts of interesting used bikes.

Everything for Husqvarna, whatever they need they get, very high price, but they have everything.

They gave me a good price for brand new gasgas 280 contact. Very happy, even I had to drive 3 hours from chicago. Great customer service. Thank you guys !!!

Bought a brand new Ducati Multistrada and had some warranty work done and had nothing but issues. They broke my strap that holds my battery in by prying on it with a screwdriver. They called me and said that it probably broke while i was riding the bike. Also had fairings installed incorrectly where rubber boot was blocking air intake. As a current Chrysler certified mechanic, if you break something on a vehicle still under warranty you replace it. It is not the customers fault ,and the cost is covered by the dealer and/or manufacturer. If you want good service try moto europa in St. Louis or Ducati of Omaha. Curious to know why halls cycles doesn t sell Ducati anymore? This is a good example why.

Bought a bike here in 2011. Since then I've been back from time to time for various maintenance. They're always friendly and have great communication. Recently I took my bike to them after it wasn't starting (which was of course financially very scary), and they found and fixed the problem for far less than I was worried it would cost.

Well im not a paid review. That being said. Never for any reason will i ever shop there again. Made full blowen deal to buy bike. Everything in order. This being saturday. Monday holiday. Couldnt pick up paperwork till tuesday at bank. Then pick up bike tuesday. I leave after deal is secured. Same saleman sold bike to someone else before close of that same day. Wasting my time. Banks time. I went to decatur and bought a different one that tuesday. Will never return to halls. The whole situation is no way to do business.
