The staff at this salon were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made sure to listen to my hair needs and preferences. The salon itself had a clean and inviting atmosphere, which contributed to the overall pleasant experience. However, while the hairstylist did a decent job on my hair, I was expecting a more impressive result given the reputation of the salon. The outcome was average and didn't quite meet my expectations. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the salon to create a positive experience for their clients. With some improvements, I believe this salon has the potential to exceed expectations consistently.
