This company is horrible at responding to your needs but on top of billing you. I call and leaving messages about my mom whose in memory care but never get a response. I guess they feel good customer service is not necessary because it s required to use them .

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is refusing to send me my w2 form. I never in my life had such a hard time getting my w2 form. I have to call the IRS to see if they can help. So ridiculous that I even have to go through this.
