The hotline is useless. I woke up one day realizing that I had been doing and thinking some weird things and I thought I was going crazy. At the Bronco Bash prior to all of this I had obtained a card with the hotline on it so I called it to try to get some help and find out where to go. The person I talked to just kept asking if I was suicidal but I explained that I wasn't I was just terrified to leave my house and scared of what other people were thinking or saying about me and my mind was all mixed up. They told me that they couldn't help me. Four months later after my life was ruined I found out that the hospital had to help me if I was a harm to myself or others and I considered overdosing on something nonlethal so they would help me but I eventually figured out another way to feign that I was harming myself in order to start getting help.

The helpline is useless. The conversations are recorded only for their own benefit. Nothing is kept confidential. Any money that is donated to help the helpline goes directly in their pockets. The people who answer the phones, call themselves professional and better than the individual on the other end of the conversation. What they are saying is not true. They are random people off the street who don't care.
