This happened at the Alexis Nihon store in montreal. Very good service by the ladies there but I was disappointing with the customer service imposed by the company. So i bought 4 pair of shoes, accessories and at the end I was told to go to Dollarama to buy bags as they don't offer anymore. I understand and totally appreciate the "no more plastic bags, let's save the planet" but at a certain value yellow can afford to offer a reusable bags. Come on on a 300$ order you can afford 33c how much it costs a bag like Dollarama has. Or at least a paper bag ... Stupid management idea, big turn off, you just lost me as a client.
