Grooves: Connecting Companies and Talent for a Better Future

Grooves is a Japanese company that operates two platforms, Crowd Agent and Forkwell, with the vision of "connecting companies and talent to create a better future." With its innovative approach to recruitment and career development, Grooves has become one of the leading players in Japan's rapidly evolving job market.

Crowd Agent: Revolutionizing Recruitment

Crowd Agent is an online platform that connects companies with talented professionals. It uses cutting-edge technology to match job seekers with employers based on their skills, experience, and preferences. The platform also offers various tools for recruiters to streamline their hiring process, such as automated screening and scheduling systems.

One of the unique features of Crowd Agent is its focus on "crowdsourcing" recruitment. This means that instead of relying solely on traditional methods like job postings or referrals, companies can tap into a vast network of potential candidates from all over Japan. By leveraging this diverse pool of talent, Crowd Agent helps companies find the best fit for their open positions quickly and efficiently.

Forkwell: Empowering Engineers

Forkwell is another platform operated by Grooves that focuses specifically on supporting engineers in their career development. It provides various resources such as job listings, skill assessments, training courses, and community forums where engineers can connect with each other.

One standout feature of Forkwell is its AI-powered skill assessment system called "Skill Check." This tool allows engineers to test their proficiency in various programming languages and technologies quickly. Based on the results, they can receive personalized recommendations for training courses or job opportunities that match their skills.

In addition to these features aimed at individual engineers' growth paths are services designed specifically for businesses looking to hire top engineering talent through Forkwell's recruiting service called "Engineer Matching."
