This is my daughter's 3rd and Senior year at Grier. She started her boarding school journey at another school, which was not a good fit for her. We searched for a school that has a strong art program as well as academics, sports and activities. Grier has all of these and more. The school is very well organized and run. The communication is second to none. You get answers to any questions almost instantly and everyone is always extremely helpful and welcoming. The teachers are excellent and so are the counselors, who truly help your daughter with any growing up issues. I admire the amazing principal - Mrs. Borst, who has vast knowledge and understanding and is very accessible. I trust Grier implicitly with my daughter's education and teen development. I can't imagine a better place for her and we are very fortunate to have found Grier. My daughter is applying to art schools and has developed a clear path for herself as aspiring Animator and Game Designer after being able to participate in AP Portfolio course at Grier. I highly recommend Grier to help form and establish your daughter's future.

I spent all four years of high school at Grier, and I could not be more thankful for my experience. The teachers and faculty are all so invested in and dedicated to their work, and small class sizes made it so easy for me to form personal bonds with both them and my fellow students. It's so rare and valuable to find a community of teenagers who have so much respect for themselves and one another, and I will cherish the friendships I made here for the rest of my life. I'm now studying acting and music theatre at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and I can say without a doubt that I wouldn't be here today without Grier. My classes at Grier went above and beyond to prepare me for NYU both academically and artistically in ways the public school in my area never could have. With all of the diverse academic and extracurricular opportunities Grier has to offer, there's a place here for every kind of girl to flourish.

This is the 3rd year my daughter will be attending The Grier School. I can not even begin to tell you what a wonderful environment both academically and socially Grier School has been for my daughter. The faculty is quick to respond to any issues and always eager to help. After trying several different private schools, we are so happy to have found the Grier School!

Our daughter is in her third year at Grier. Grier has proven to be an ideal fit for her academically and socially. Her exposure to students from all corners of the world combined with the strong academic requirements and the signature programs make The Grier experience unique.

The four years at Grier School had been heartwarmingly memorable. Coming from abroad, not only did I acquire knowledge and skill sets to succeed in a new society, but more importantly I learned how to care for others and how to care for myself, surrounded by a community of support and by appreciation for both Nature and Culture.

I went to this school About 24 years ago as a foreign Student and it was the WORST experience of my life so far. Although I made some of the best friends I have ever made, the way the school was run and the way the foreigners were treated was outrageous. Don't send your kids here if you are coming from abroad!!!!
