Shannon was very helpful. She found the truck we were looking for even though there were not a lot in the area. Everyone at the dealership was nice and polite, which is important, as we really hoping to find a fair and honest dealership that we can trust.

I was treated very well and all my questions were answered.

The staff are very friendly and have great attitudes! I had purchased a truck here, they worked with me on the price and made it comfortable for my wallet! Only thing bad was they sold me a truck that was suppose to have a plow frame on it according to the conversations with them and my bank. So i feel i over paid due to that. Also my friend who sent me here, never received his thank you treat so that was a bummer..The service department is fantastic, fast and they make sure your safe with having what you need!! They do go above and beyond! Great job on the waiting room! One of the better dealships to work with!!

The wife and have purchased a few vehicles there over the years. Average deals, we expected more, that's why we don't shop there no more. A one hour drive on our last vehicle saved us $3500.00. The service there is average. Very good parts department. I'm not saying not to buy there, just shop around and make up your own mind.

As always Greg Sweet Chevrolet is a great place to do business with, and they do it right the first time without any problems and always do an excellent job. I have always highly recommended this business to anyone I know. They'll never do you wrong. Honest trustworthy dealerships are few and far inbetween in this day and age, but not Greg Sweet.

2017 Chevy Malibu that I brought to them to do 2 things. Check mechanical noises in the rear and check electrical issue with the fuse box. They only did one of those things. The fuse box. And they were also very rude when bringing my car to them. They said it would be 45 dollars to see my car and tell me what s wrong. Ended up being 75 dollars because...well who knows honestly? They didn t tell me why. Just demanded the money. I see this as a scam. They seen an easy way to make money. I had to drop the car off and leave it there all day. Who knows what they even checked. If they even checked anything at all. Also told me that what s wrong with my car is the ONLY thing not covered by my warranty and it would be over a grand to fix it. Screw these guys and never going back again.

Terrible customer service. Don t expect anything honest or truthful on a used car inspection or to be told about anything they are aware of being wrong. Not even two weeks of having a truck purchased from there and the upper ball joint popped out while on the highway. Tried to call to speak with sales person on how this was missed but was not even allowed to speak with him. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Had my new truck fixed here after deer strike minor damage. The manager will promise you everything but works for the insurance company. My truck now is repaired but obvious it has been in wreck since they painted over any imperfections and did not repair or offer to repair them. They used aftermarket parts they promised to to use OEM prior to accepting the vehicle. And they were less they honest on more then one occasion. I would not recommend having body work done there to anyone "NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DONE IN A DRIVEWAY". They are not professionals to say the lest. Use at your own risk. One star is far more they they deserve but as low as you can go.

I've been buying cars & lots of trucks from Greg Sweet for 30 years now. I've shopped other places but never treated the same. They are great ranging from sales department not pressuring you to buy, (Dave Anthony & Joe Zappitelli have become like family) as we have purchased over 20+ vehicles. The parts dept. always helps us out when we need to need anything, as well as the service department always accommodating us ,in getting repairs done.

They were wonderful. Helped us out of Jam! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Service department is second to none. Sales people are the best. They have a terrific body shop, and the finance dept. makes you feel that you are important. They are the best.

Stopped in on my way from Columbus, OH to New York to see about a truck that was proudly displayed front and center of the used car lot but nobody could give us an accurate price. Apparently the only person who can put a price on vehicles was on vacation Friday and Saturday of a busy Labor Day weekend. We gave Fiance our information and rode off with a promise of a call with an accurate price on Tuesday. Nobody called me so I had to call them just before they closed on Tuesday. Clearly I was not a priority customer and the deal was easy if the price was right. The last reason for this ugly review...and others have said the same thing....once I got the price it was way over valued. You can get a lot more for the same money elsewhere.

Service at Greg Sweet in Conneaut the best experience. Scott in service is very attentive to your car needs. Albert will have you in a car quickly. Greg, of course, is always there to help and get things done. Merry Christmas.

The service guy was very nice polite and accommodating. But I had a coupon from another Buick GMC dealership that was make your own dealer 20% off But could not exceed $200.00 our bill came to $1703.86 and Darrel said he could only give us 10% off not to exceed $50.00 which he did our bill came to $1653.86. Why the difference? We opt to go elsewhere for service many times because it seems we can get a better deal at another GMC BUICK dealership. I wish we had done the same for this service issue as well it would have saved us another $150.00. Its seems at Greg Sweet Buick GMC there is no wiggle room even when purchasing a vehicle. And because of that we have gone to other Buick GMC dealers when we were ready to purchase a vehicle. Not that we did not try with Greg Sweet Buick GMC but never really had any success. Too bad we would love to keep it local. Again this is no reflection on Darrel but on Greg Sweet Buick GMC the dealership.

They worked with me on every aspect of purchasing explaining the entire contract an making purchasing a car smoother then the cream cheese you spread on your bagel.. The finance manager she is hands down amazing an extremely helpful.. They are all very amazing Individuals.. I Would refer anyone i know to go here.. I really like Greg Sweet Chevrolet! Great sales and service. I will continue to go to this dealership when purchasing a vehicle and getting service. I also recently used the Greg Sweet Body and Collision shop when needing repair on my mother's vehicle. Great work, service, and people!

Looked at this used truck on the lot today. For my brother. It looks great, drove great, good price (3800) But there was 1 major flaw. I have pics it won t let me add them but someone patched the frame of the truck. We noticed the frame so he called them and made them an offer with the frame being like is. The used sales manager said no to the offer, and said we will fix it and get the 4000$ it s worth.
I m sorry a truck with a patched frame isn t worth 4000$ in any circumstance.
So they are going to off this truck on some unsuspecting customer for way more than it s worth.
So buyers beware of what you are getting and who your dealing with.
Also if you can t get financing thru this place, they will talk about you after you leave and poke fun.
This happened to us while looking at this truck they thought everyone had left but I could hear everything they were saying.
Not impressed with this dealership.

Me and my old lady decided to come in one day to see what kind of options were available for us. Our clunker was riding on its last leg and we were really interested in Chevy' s Equinox. I must say the service we recieved was spectacular!!!!!! We drove out of there that evening with a beautiful 2012 Chevy Equinox...( my old ladys favorite year and dream car).. and we are very happy with the car. Melissa and I would like to give a personal shout out to Al and Dave for your hard work and dedication to your customers.
