Expensive but outstanding advice. Saying that he tested my charger which was the problem whereas another company wanted twice the price to just look at my laptop, so I guess they saved me money in the end due to the expert advice

I had a problem with my PC switching off unexpectedly (not good!) and coming up with power-related error messages. Initially, I popped in for a chat and came away with some advice on simple tests I could carry out myself. When I'd exhausted these tests, I took it in for repair. This was carried out in a couple of days and I now have a PC in fine fettle, thanks to the team at Greenacre. Very happy to recommend.

Supplied my mother in law with a reconditioned computer to her exact needs- very helpful, very clear and you get a great personal service. A much better alternative than the likes of PC World to get your computer issues fixed......

Greenacre s are my go to place whenever I ve had problems with my PC. The staff are friendly and talk in a language about my pc problems that make sense to non technical people like me!
I like their remote service too which means they can fix problems whilst I m at home, without having to take the kit into them.

Fixed broken screen on laptop in a couple of days, slightly longer than expected but cannot complain. The price was very reasonable and less than I would have had to pay at Currys

Greenacres done a fantastic job with my iMac, after searching around and not hearing what i would like to hear from another repair shop I contacted Greenacres, I was not sure that Greenacres would repair macs but they do they asked me to bring it down that exact day, after a few days of the guys taking a look to see what the problem was, they gave me a call to say that due to extensive use over the years the air intakes had become blocked and the components inside such as the graphics card and motherboard had seriously overheated and melted apart from each other, not only this but some of the parts on the components had burnt right off.
I was really worried i would loose all of my hard work and the mac was gone forever, they contacted me again to say they had a guy on the team who could solder all of it back together, I was so pleased as when I had contacted a mac repair shop they told me that i would have to replace all the burt out components which racked up a huge bill, its great that Greenacres took the time to make sure I had the easiest option and best chance of having my mac back they way i had it, without any data loss or expensive component replacements.

Highly recommended for anyone, great service with a smile.

All the parts for my desktop computer came from them and have taken other computers into them on several occasions. Do not try to upsell. If it is not worth fixing they will tell you. Always friendly and helpful
