One of the best moving experiences! Jordan and Dominic were professional, fun, and diligent. I typically move once a year so I ve had my fair share of movers. They both ensured me that the move will go smoothly with a positive upbeat attitude. Everything went swimmingly as promised even with the horrible rainy conditions. All contents were moved unharmed. I definitely recommend them and would use their service on my next move. Thanks Jordan and Dom!

Grey Wolf Moving did a tremendous job I moved 30 minutes away to a new apartment and it only took about an hour and a half total to load up at the old place and unload at the new place. I was very satisfied. Both guys we're super nice and respectful not to mention an extreme help. I appreciate you guys to the fullest and I pray you are well compensated for the work you did today. I will definitely use them in the future as well!!!!

Very Bad. No wrappings used. All of the following items were stolen: all my personal/private documents, race medals, family photos, journals, a dozen new books I had created, innovative ideas journals, new discoveries journals, collector coins, and much more. The movers lied. Boxes were broken into.
The manager/owner would not return calls or help. Pray.

I used this moving service nearly 2 months ago.
It appeared to be a good job -the movers were close to being on time and moved most of my belongings. There were a few little comments that made me give the side eye, jokes about wishing I would provide lunch, wishing I would give a tip (before the move was even completed), and other little comments, but overall the movers seemed nice.

However, once I got alone and started to unpack, I noticed tape on a bookshelf. I went to remove the tape and the movers had broken my bookcase and used PACKING TAPE to tape it all together. My second bookshelf was also broken but was set up in such a way with furniture against it to deceive me. This means someone took the time to sit it up straight and place it as though it was not broken, because the back was completely ripped out! Once I touched the bookshelf it fell apart. I was more agitated by the steps taken to conceal the doing.

I reported the incident and was told I would be receiving compensation that weekend. Why is it that I have had to continue texting the number given, inquiring about where this check is? No phone calls have been answered.I have ordered items from the UK that have gotten to me quicker than the check that was supposedly located in the same state in which I live.

I would not use this dishonest company again.

When you sign a contract with a moving company there is carriage insurance to cover the item being moved. If this company damages any other items in your house they will not stand behind it. I finally got $150 out of approximately $250 worth of damage they did to fan. Took about 3 months to even get that.

Grey Wolf did a great job. Showed up on time and they worked very quickly. All my belongings arrived intact and unharmed! Thank you for a job well done!

This is my third time using this company

First time: excellent , I believe I left a good review. But it was also through umovefree.

Second time: I called and spoke to an unorganized female to move from upstairs to down stairs. I called back a week or two before my scheduled move date and she said there was no record of my move scheduled. I m like thank god I don t need this any more.

Third time: since I had such a good experience the first and with the man on the phone. I decided to try again. The scheduling went perfect and the guy seemed polite and organized. I received confirmation notices the day before my move. I did have a few questions so I tried calling. I called 5 times and every time no answer and the voicemail was full. I sent two emails- no reply. The day of my move I tried again- still no responses. My time window was from 8:30-9:30am. At 9:30 Still nothing. I had to call a different moving company because they n We re a no show. Thankfully I found a company that can move me ASAP. Never again will I recommend or use greywolf.

I had to reschedule a move a few times due to complications with my closing on new house and Grey Wolf was very kind and patient with me each time I gave them an update. So from the initial call to the final day of moving, I was very happy with the service. And then the day of the move? Everything far exceeded my expectations. Clayton & Russell quickly filled the truck with my belongings -- but obviously carefully and very efficient. And then the drive over to my new house and the unload went just as fast. These guys know what they are doing! I will be using Grey Wolf again for my mom's upcoming move and have no doubts or worries. Thank you Grey Wolf!!

If I could give no stars I would. I used them for a move a few years ago that I wanted to use them again. Well that was a bad idea. The movers were nice however they broke my brand new bed. They told me to call and file a claim. Well of course I did that. They told me lies how they would replace the broken pieces to my bed. Well after I started calling to do so, and they figured out it was me No one ever answered the phone again. Now I was very nice, ima a business women and I understand accidents last happen, but to be ignored is Absurd. My BRAND NEW BED. I had to buy the piece myself if I wanted to put my new bed together. Still nothing from them. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want you items broke and not replaced or even considered by them.

This was my second time using Grey Wolf and it went just as well as the first. The movers (Travis and Russell) were friendly and polite. They communicated well, calling me when they were getting gas and on their way. I was able to pay and tip using the cash app. Will use again.
