He rarely answers questions or provides real solutions, and when he does try, he often has a defensive attitude. My experience was a mess. I changed my lien holder before the loan even closed or funded. I called the new lien holder to check on the status and found out Gravity Lending hadn’t sent over all the required documents. Yet, later that same day, they called the new lien holder to request the payoff amount and told me the new lender had already issued a check. It was a complete blunder. I signed all my papers on June 27, 2022, and the refinance supposedly shut down on July 12, 2022. Colby blamed the new credit union for the delay, claiming they were busy, which seems odd because I recently bought a new UTV through an out-of-state credit union lender. That deal shut down and funded on the same day. I canceled my gap coverage because I didn’t want any extra products unless he actually earned it. If I could undo the whole thing, I would.
