The people prior to the test were friendly and helpful. When I got to the last tent for testing, the lady administering the test told me and my daughter to twirl the swab for five seconds in each nostril. When I started the first nostril, she quickly told me to switch to the other side (after only maybe two seconds). The same with the other side. When it was my daughter s turn, she asked the lady to administer the swab since she was nervous. The lady didn t tell her to put her head against the car seat. She very quickly shoved the swab into her nose without warning. My daughter s reaction was to jerk away immediately. The lady then put it in the other nostril for maybe one second and said she was done. Now I m left wondering why neither of us had to swab for the required five seconds and if our results will even be accurate.

Efficient, fast, and free. Very helpful customer service when we had a delayed result. Note - if you take minors, you will be responsible for swabbing them yourselves (which is NOT fun).

Professional and friendly staff at the Pierre Moran Pool location. Results by the next day at 5pm and Saturday hours. Extremely helpful and convenient.

My employer is requiring Covid-19 testing, so I chose Gravity Diagnostics at the Covington, KY location, not only as it is fairly close to my work site but the drive through aspect and quick turn around for test results. Not only did the staff put me at ease during the whole process with their cohesive team work and professionalism. But also when there was a bit of a delay on my results, and my employer started to get a bit anxious for them, I emailed Gravity and I received a response with a personalized update almost immediately. Then a second personalized follow up this morning, to find out of I had indeed received my results and if I needed anything further from there! I'm beyond impressed. Very rare these days to have such attentiveness and personalized at that. I would recommend Gravity Diagnostics to anyone who asks or doesn't! Thanks again!

I was also lured in to same day results. They are a total scam and if I don't get my results tonight I am going to the media about their overflowing dumpsters at the Russell Street address. I have pics of overflowing dumpsters with used medical equipment in it. Direct violation of the law....I seen those used samples in there and have pics. They had garbage stacked up 10 foot high outside the dumpster. See how they feel after losing Federal funding.

I do work at gravity diagnostics and I love it! My daughter had to get tested 3 times in the last month for daycare/pre school. Each time I received our results same day! They work so hard at the dt testing and the lab and do the best they can at turn around times. I have witnessed them work in the rain and high heat index to help the community. The company cares more than people know. I am proud to work for this amazing company!

The wife and I used the drive through facility this morning and it all went very smoothly. No more than 20-30 minute wait and all of the employees we dealt with were very professional and friendly. Thank you

I worked with Gravity Diagnostics through Prolink Staffing really enjoy the job but some of the managers of Gravity were very aggressive and abrasive in there messages in communcation with there team. There was also a lot of "favortism" between some of the temps and managers and at Gravity this is nor right we suppose to be a team there was also a lot of people who were working and others just standing around or sitting around and getting paid same amount and not pulling there weight be careful apply for there jobs.

I went to the Fort Mitchell location around 4:55pm just before the official open time and they were already getting people through the line. It took only about 20 minutes to complete everything and be on my way. I haven't gotten results because it was only about a hour ago, but the whole process was quick and easy. Great that there is a place that doesn't require an appointment after 5pm. I would have had two wait 2 more days to be tested with any of the pharmacies I tried to get after my working hours.
