This is one of the best parks on Vancouver Island. I am aware of at least two waterfalls in the park. You can also watch the salmon run during that season. This park can easily be accessed from the Malahat highway. There are picnic areas. There is also a campground.
Very nicely kept campground in our backyard. You do not have to travel hours to experience a beautiful park...just minutes! Everyone in Victoria and surrounding areas should try to spend time here...it's very nice.
Goldstream Provincial Park has always been one of my favorite places to go hiking and camping ever since I was a kid. Hiking up to the Train Tressle is a good experience for anyone who hasn't done it before. There's lots of beautiful areas to explore and take pictures of all year round. The salmon run in the fall is something to check out if your into seeing the migration of a local species of fish come back to start their over again.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The moss is on everything, the trees are covered and it just looks like a fairy forest. I took a million pictures. The air is crisp and it's just other worldly.
Awesome nature park with a variety of trail options for users of all capabilities. There are a number of larger trees which line the trails and easy access to stream level. Parking can be a bit sparse and turning back on the highway to go to Victoria requires patience. Overall a worthwhile location for a quick walk or a day long adventure.

Beautiful waterfall that was easy to get to. It was fun to park on the other side of the highway then go through the tunnel and have to walk on rocks and keep shoes dry. Amazing short walk around and there s also area for camping. Not sure where the second waterfall is, hope to come back and find it one day
A must see if you find yourself in Vancouver Island. Beautiful in different ways throughout all seasons and a surprisingly challenging hike.
