Brett the owner/management kicked me and my cousin out very racist went to visit family and this is why we can't visit

I can recommend Glenview Terrace as a top notch care facility. Has been taking care of my dad for 7 weeks and the OT and PT have been nothing short of amazing! Great staff, beautiful facility and they are caring, compassionate and most of all the staff is joyful and truly connect with the patients and their families.

Was recently at Glenview Terrace in December 2018 for Rehabilitation after Total Hip Replacement. Everyone was very polite and professional. The only negative is the food! Not a variety of food choices.

I spent 8 days at GT post total knee replacement. My experience was great. The nurses and CNAs are extremely professional and the physical therapy (Juneva, Sumara, Katie) were great and really got me moving. I feel great.

A special thank you to Nurse Rey, who is absolutely amazing!!!! Your compassion, optimism and kindness do not go unnoticed. Nurse Rey and CNA Rosa are highly exceptional with what they do. You guys are amazing and I thank you for all the care you ve done for my mom. Thank you for making her stay as pleasant as possible.

My aunt is currently a long term resident at Glenview Terrace. I'm so glad we found this caring, wonderful place for her! She's cared for by consistent staff, the new food service manager is a doll, and most of all, my aunt loves it! I rest easy with her being here.

I was there about 3 weeks ago. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great, food could have been better, but all in all my stay was the best I could hope for. I hade a knee replacement, and they really worked with me. For my next knee replacement, I will be going there for rehab.

My father is in hospice care here for the past few months. Our experience has been great. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and smells good. Grounds are well maintained. Food is good and the dining rooms are nice with windows and TVs. It has been a great place for this chapter of his life.

My wife was at Glenview Terrace's home when I her husband was there to bring her home but American Medical Transportation Inc. sent me an 85 dollar bill for its bringing her home which did not happen. I never called them and do not know who at the home called them . This is a scam.

we had my mother in law and parents there we could not have asked for better care they were compassionate explained everything and did not just worry about the patients they worries about the families. their only complaint was the food but they were not there for the food I would recommend it to anyone.

I just completed a week's rehabilitation at this facility. I found the experience to be excellent. I can't imagine that too many people will look for Google reviews on a medical facility but the one that is currently filed strike me as completely off the mark and I felt compelled to write this one.

The staff, the nurses, the aides, the therapists all go out of their way to answer questions, fulfill requests, and make the stay as pleasant as possible. The rehab is one-on-one and not classes. The same PT works with the patient all the way through their stay, you aren't switching from one to another and that allows them to measure progress.

I couldn't more pleased in my selection of this facility.

How dare you charge my credit card without authorization.
I extended my moms stay. I approved 10 days up front.
I was never contacted for approval of added days.
I received my statement with 1020.00
Additional charges.

After a terrible fall I spent seven weeks at Glenview Terrace. The care was excellent. Personnel was terrific. Made my stay extremely comfortable and the OT and PT staff are exceptional

Be careful. This place was on CBS News tonight because they are going after an elderly gentleman coming after his home.

My mother was recently admitted to Glenview Terrace for a pelvis fracture. She was unable to do anything by herself when she first arrived. The care she received was outstanding. Starting with management, Brad and Meredith were so helpful and accommodating. All the nurses, aides and therapists helped my mom recover and to be able to walk again by herself. I would like to send a special thanks to Starr Jane, Celia, Rosa, Katie and Elisabeth. Because of all you, my mom had a great recovery from her accident. Her room was very nice and clean. She also enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend Glenview Terrace to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

Appalled that this company is trying to displace a 93 year old WWII vet (and other seniors) by forcing him into forclosure after he made arrangements with GT. (see Chicago Tribune article 11/2018) Buyer beware.

Glenview Terrace has exceptional therapy and nursing care. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to care for their patients. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept and the food is good. I would highly recommend.

The most incompetent administrative staff EVER! NEVER use this facility!!!! The food was the only good thing about my elderly father's rehab stay! I wouldn't even subject my dogs to such treatment!!!!!! LB, you must have been heavily drugged your entire stay there!
