Never finished the installation. Be careful with after sale services. Absolutely terrible.

Great company and great product, have used Glazing Vision on a couple of projects including a frameless glass wall and roof abutting a Grade II listed property. Stephen Sharp Atelier Associates.

Was a lengthy transaction due to the clients NOT making decisions however the installation went well. The pre install survey racked up lots of cost in creating bigger falls which the installation team did not think was required.
I would say instead of sending over all the different options of installation at sales stage, a during sales or site visit call explaining all the pitfalls would have been helpful.

Would I use them again? Possibly as the product is good. Other parts can certainly improve as mentioned above.

Patience from the sales person I dealt with (Mercedes) was really really good and helpful. All credit to her!

Great product, but misinformation from the Sales team led to costly retro fitting.
After-sales/customer service lack professionalism that you would expect. No solution, apology or response following their mistake.

installation delayed a month now. I understand there are delays but it was only communicated 2 weeks after due date. I sent 2 emails and voicemails and no one bothered to get back to me. When i eventually got in touch with them, i was told they had told the project managers on the site (news to the PMs, they deny ever hearing from them). I asked for evidence of this communication (5 days ago now) and no reply. Ignoring me again. I have called again today and it just rang out. No point leaving a voicemail as no one returns the call.

What was also frustrating is that I was told if we didnt have the rooflight delivered by a certain date, they would charge me a storage fee. So they are very concerned about the customers doing the right thing, however if they are delayed they go quiet, dont tell you and leave you in the dark. Would not recommend and would definitely not use again.

Delivered good quality roof lights at a reasonable cost. Arrived on time and installed quickly and professionally - highly recommended.

Unfortunately they never called back despite us calling them at least 5 times. I think this is as they mainly deal directly with builders/contractors. We had wanted to get a quote, even though we were recommended the company from our builders.
UPDATE: Following my review the team called me to explain there had been some issues with their phones and kindly apologised.

From purchase to delivery and then support where needed, Glazing Vision were amazing the whole way through. The window quality is brilliant, the company staff very professional and helpful and the overall look of the product is exactly what we wanted. We the 2x1 metre non opening rooflight went in just like the instructions on the website stated. The only thing we needed to check with the after sales support was the way the flashing fitted. The tiles in the images on the website are all very thin and the Marley tiles fitted to our roof meant the flashing at the bottom of the window had to be adjusted to suit the slightly thicker tile which left a trough where water collects. Not an issue as its not much water and it fills to a point and runs down the rest of the roof. A pro roofer an easily get around the issues.
