I recently had my roof repaired and the experience was less than satisfactory. Communication was lacking throughout the process, making it difficult to get updates or information. 🏠 The timeline wasn't adhered to, which led to unnecessary delays and adjustments on my end. I expected a more professional approach given the recommendations I received. 🌧️ Overall, it didn't meet my expectations, and I'm left feeling uncertain about the quality of the work.
