They got some of the most risky drivers in the industry. A Gigg truck almost hit me when that idiot was taking turn from the lane for the traffic in opposite direction. Be careful of gigg trucks

I am a driver, one of your drivers with bright fog lights had his brites on me, I was trying to see to back up, I motioned him. And he kept them on. Then after I backed in finally due to being hard to see, then he flipped me off.

Company is good owners are very good people and friendly mr gagan sangha and virk are very friendly people. But in local dispatch guy victor is very awfull . He is thinking he own this company . Yesterday I want to get some info for my friends who is looking for job . And at this point I m very disappointed from this victor guy . He have rubbish attitude . He dont like to help anyone. I been waiting there for like an half hour and he is continuously taking on phone . Didnt have single look at person who is looking for some help from him . His phone is always important . This is second time with me . Firstly happend with my friend one week ago . Company should take serious action with this guys. . Cause I collect so much feedback from my local friends who drive for gigg . Everyone is complaining about his attitude. Which is very bad for company . Even though some people said due to this guy no one like to work with company . Mr gagan sangha it's my request to you you should take some serious action about this guy thanks.

I was driving home at night & this trucker was put his lights to go faster. Both lanes on both sides was OPEN. There radar on that area on 35 close to downtown.
When he passed me he tried to hit me twice . I to get his phone number & when I tried to get his.truck # he tried to hit me. This drivers is a hazard on the road . He has speeding on the fast lane that's not permitted.

Worst company to work for ever. They would take $1000 every month from owner operator as back hold. When you leave work they would say it will be deposited after 90 days. But they wouldn t return ur money when you call them for update. They are so rude. Basically you would have to forget about ur back hold money ($3000) when you leave work.

"Make one call we do it all", they really mean it. A company that stands tall in transportation industry among the top ones with one of the best customer service and dispatch.
I recommend Gigg express to customers and new employees.

Worst company someone ever worked for... when whole world was crying and people were trying their best to help each other; this company was charging their drivers for number plates, insurances and transponder charges for a standing truck. Could somebody would be able to explain this? When whole world was praying for each other you guys were making money on a standing trucks by sending minus balance- wow.. Have you guys lost your mind or have heart? Just a metal plates to run?

I worked for Gigg 6 years as an Account payable Cleark. Excellent company. Management and Employees are good.

I have very bad experience with this company..no professional worker there..I did a service call for this company in very cold day after done job I loose my 500$approximately..very hardly get some money..they want to negotiate..its was my first time experience..finally I want to say never work for this company..I get call after that Incident but i rejected...sorry to say about these bab comment...

Unorganised . Unprofessional

One of the worst companies. I contacted the customer service to get quote to ship my item. They asked me to send a email which I did. Even after 3 weeks they haven't got back to me. I shipped through another freight company. I called them again today to get a different quote. The customer service transferred my call to the concerned department but I waited for 20 mins there was no response. I am not contacting them again.

This is not for GIGG EXPRESS this is for truck number 1706. First of all he drove his truck on 120 or 125 km per hour. As per Ontario rule truck cannot go over 105 km. And then he stopped on love's gas station in Texarkana tx . He went inside the store he took at least 20 minutes for shopping. When he came back I told him to move his truck from the pump. He starts arguing with me and said do whatever you want to do I am not moving. I just have request to gigg management I know you can't control on people behavior but you can run some kind of workshop and at least you can follow up the trucks speed

@Jacob Unger, I never liked Gigg. But it's funny you're complaining about speeding and reckless behavior. People in Windsor run red lights all the time. Windsor drivers drive recklessly all the time at Huron church as well as EC row exp. Of course you'd have time to whine that's what lazy useless poor Windsor people are good at. Always whining like useless people

They are really silly. My trailer is inside and i can see from outside but they are not letting me in. I respect security issues but let me in and i can walk to your office and discuss what the issue is.

My Father and his friends always complain of the practices of this company. The Dispatchers in this company are not professional.

They are big but not professional. Hiring time, they attract drivers with big juicy promises, but later fall in short of their commitments. They treat very bad, did all training but at the end fail to honour promises. Management is very bad.

The owner and the safety treat me like am one of there family I m very happy with that

In Windsor at the construction zone I saw one of the drivers doing 90 km an hour going down Huron church towards a construction zone at 1:56 AM. Excessive speeding reckless driving and load endangerment.

Worst job I've ever had, HR was unprofessional and uneducated on simple federal laws. Very disappointing. Managers were also unprofessional and inexperienced.

Avoid at all costs, high turn over rate for a reason.

Wanted to work here but I heard to many deductions for owner operators like plates, insurance' satelite plus etc is it true pls somebody confirm.

The two ladies at reception for hiring are very good at there job as compared to other companies but only downside i feel is they pay low wage 24c in team for dedicated usa 27c non dedicated in team

this company is a waste of time, last night they came to my shop to have work done on their truck and after everything was done they refused to pay their money. If you are a mechanic in the US dont work on this companies trucks they will scam you!

Hi guys never work in this company, force dispatch.,Don't care about drivers ,to much deductions for owner operaters plus not a good pay so not worth and if you have a accident they deduct deductable from your pay

Their work is very good but management is the worse. I worked for them for 3 months it was good experience. Company needs to focus more on good management.

I've been working for two years in this company and don't intend on leaving anytime soon. It is an amazing environment with good people that are passionate about their jobs. The benefits are good and salary is competitive. The company recognizes good work and promotes from within. The company also looks to bring in talent from the outside where it is needed to change paradigms and improve performance.

Advice to Management:
Keep listening to the employees as you drive continuous improvement in the organization.

This company has the worst customer service and dispatch I have ever experienced by miles, every department of the company don t want to do their job and will instead get mad at you for coming to them.

Too bad giving zero star is not possible.

Tractor Unit # 5139 Trailer # 3G466 Blocked the entire service area on June / 19th / 2018 near Kingston,ON and the traffic had to wait for the driver to move his truck so the traffic can move. This truck was carrying hazard load so it was very dangerous and unprofessional for the driver to leave his truck parked on the ramp blocking other traffic.

One of there drivers was really obnoxious in Arkansas and 2 Mexican truck drivers was going to slash some tires.

I have been working in this organisation from 1.5 years. The environment is friendly and professionals. Moreover, the staff always works as a team. If you are hardworking, your work will be paid off. Its very simple here. You value the firm and work hard, the organisation will value and respect you. It is always give and take which is a fair game.

The owners are very understanding. Gagan sir will help you out if you are being honest and genuine. Also our Operations Manager and HR manager are extremely professional and helping. I wonder why would any one even say that the management is unprofessional?

The firm is growing at a fast speed because we have the potential to grow. Haters... try to compete and not slander the reputation for no reason.
