For many years, we have been working together with the former SIEMENS-EN subsidiary and now independent GIGASET (Sales & Service of GIGASET goods). Unfortunately, there are about 3 months to many disorders, RMA and related telephony, Email Support ... These transactions are and were ALL flawed! I hope it gets better again, otherwise we have to leave the sinking ship for the benefit of our customers. Finally, the appeal to those responsible, as current is not. MfG "a year-long partner"
A few months ago I was contacted by an external recruiter for a job at Gigaset. I was there twice in a job interview, during which it turned out during the conversation that the external recruiter had contacted me for a job other than the one I was talking to, which was a mistake by Gigaset. In conversation, I then had to say things like "I think you're quite good, at least you are not such a little quiet little mouse!" Listen. And instead of apologizing for having come to a job interview twice in vain, I was only sent a no-comment cancellation for the wrong job. Absolutely irreverent and a pointless waste of time and energy.
