I call just ask questions about the course and the young lady I spoke with was very polite and professional and took the time to answer all my questions unlike some other companies that I tried calling earlier that would not speak with me so thank you very much for your time

Instructor Tom is great. Professional and informative. Kyle, the G instructor, is hysterical. I will be taking the G class next. My husband has been working for this company since March after taking their class. Thus far they have been very kind and thoughtful. The company works hard for those that work hard for them. Not to mention how affordable the class is. Highly recommend!

Awesome! I couldn t imagine doing training for class D anywhere else. Tom aka Ray Ray made a boring class fun. I will recommend them over others. I will be taking the G class here as well. Job well done to Tom and Giddens Security!

Giddens Security is only good for one thing.. "The Classes" The officer that does the classes is awesome, you will pass because he makes it so easy and fun you pay $100 for the class.. it can be a little slow but the instructor always seems to bring everything alive..
Anybody who works security in Jacksonville (or Florida in general) will know why I gave it a 1 star rating. To use a cliche: If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
Many of their security guards are rude wanna be cops. Made complaints and don't want acknowledge my complaints. Potential for wrong doings, abuse, harassment and lawsuits. Stay AWAY from this company and their security guards!
Don't ever be employed by them. They pay you very low . When you have emergencies with your family and/or kids they just fire you. Then they don't want to pay you the wages you worked for. I worked for them for 3 months and still have not receive my check. Its always an excuse. Everyone bounces you around and tries to use you. Please stay away from this company don't work for them. They don't care.im in the process to file a lawsuit against them for not paying me my wages. When I told them I need my money to pay things they told me it can wait. Sorry but this guy Nathan DeSoto will make it publicly known to everyone and news if I have . This is ridiculous. O stars

Responsible leadership that has your best interest in mind. Great in-house staff that's ready to help at any moment. Accountability is always 'up front and personal' so you know where you stand at all times. Great company to work for. If Loyalty is something your looking for, Giddens is for you.

Worst security company I have ever been employed by. They fired me due to my military obligations and leave. They're lucky I didn't sue. ZERO STARS FROM ME.
Complete joke. Stay away. Barney fife security. Totally unprofessional. People who came in for training smelled like weed and alcohol as did some of their employees. Instructors made jokes about shooting the students and drew their firearms on each other in a joking manner and then spoke about gun safety lmao. Also seemed like they only wanted to collect money for the class after saying they have several open positions. After taking the class no response about said positions was given and emails went largely ignored until the owner sent a very rude email saying that there are no positions open and it would be in my best interest not to come in for an interview that was promised. Also lied saying I missed my scheduled interview lol. What a total and complete joke. Stay away people. Unless you re completely desperate and want to risk your own safety by going to the range with these guys to qualify.
They're very picky on hiring people which it shouldn't be that wayif I was a place of business I would hire as many people as I can..
No complaints from giddens security well worth it To take the class I just finished the d class and I already signed up for the g class for next week you really learn a lot from Kyle and mr Tom they teach you basically everything about security officers And they were a lot of fun to learn from we had a lots of laughs I highly recommend giddens security classes with Kyle and Tom
