I recently attended an event at Giants Stadium LLC and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about the venue. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting attendees. Additionally, the seating arrangement was mediocre. The seats were uncomfortable and lacked adequate legroom. The concession options were limited and the prices were quite high for the quality of food offered. On a positive note, the stadium itself was clean and well-maintained. The sound system was decent and the view from my seat was satisfactory. In conclusion, while Giants Stadium LLC may have a visually appealing website and a decent facility, the lack of quality customer service and uncomfortable seating made my experience just average.
