I have been a customer of GGNet Scelta for quite some time now and I cannot express how satisfied I am with their services. The professionalism and expertise exhibited by the team are commendable. Very bad experience. My wife was in treatment at scelta. The family was not informed. No communication. Despite increasing problems at home. Scelta staff never responded to cries for help, calls and emails from the environment and family. They even stopped helping patients without informing family. This is because the problems were somatic and neurological and apparently not psychological. But how could the family know if there was no consultation. No sequel was offered. Now it is too late. I advise everyone not to place a patient in scelta.
My husband has been here and I have absolutely no good experience with this (apart from a few therapists). His main practitioner only admitted after eight months that he had received the wrong treatment, warnings about this from the home front were ignored. She indicated that he needed a different therapy; He then spent 1.5 months with Scelta and has been home for 3 months but there is still no aftercare or help for him. If he calls or e-mails to Scelta, he will only receive a response after a longer period of time. He does not get any help in finding suitable therapy and he is not the only one who is far from seeking aftercare. I advise everyone who is considering being treated here to think carefully about this!
