Genesis Pools And Spas

Working with Genesis Pools was a solid experience. They managed to deliver all our projects on schedule, with a few even finishing ahead of time. Communication was also a strong point; Nick and his crew were always quick to answer questions and provided detailed responses whenever we needed them.

After reviewing quotes from several local pool builders in the US, we went with Genesis Pools. It wasn’t just that their price was competitive; it was Nick Flores’ genuine approach that won us over. Nick was incredibly responsive, diligent with follow-ups, and a pleasure to collaborate with. He made himself available throughout the entire project to address any questions or issues as they arose. The crew he assembled did excellent work, and Nick was flexible regarding last-minute adjustments without charging excessive fees for unexpected tasks. Thanks to his straightforward attitude and solid team, we have fond memories of the construction process and truly enjoy our new swimming pool.

Genesis Pool Construction truly delivered on their promise. From the initial consultation, Mike and Nick demonstrated a deep understanding of our vision, transforming our rough ideas into a stunning design that exceeded our expectations. Nick’s project management was outstanding; he kept us in the loop at every stage and handled any timeline changes with ease. The entire team made the renovation process smooth and even enjoyable. Best of all, the pool was finished on schedule and within budget. We are thrilled with the result and highly recommend this expert crew for anyone looking to upgrade their backyard oasis.

The team at Genesis Pools delivered outstanding quality and customer service, surpassing my expectations at every stage of the build. They managed to finish the project ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. Considering the quality of work, the price felt very fair. I would definitely recommend Genesis Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a reliable swimming pool installation.

Genesis Pools exceeded every expectation. We came to Mike Moris with a budget and a rough concept, and he delivered stunning computer-generated designs that maximized our yard's potential. What impressed us most was his timeline: despite the complexity of integrating a slide, hardscaping, and irrigation, they finished the entire project in just three months, from April to early July. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, especially the poolside stone, where team member Benjamin helped us select the perfect colors. It’s now our favorite spot, though the pool maintenance guy complains we use it too much! If you want a team that combines creative design with reliable execution, Genesis is the way to go.
